California Sleep Solutions

I had my sleep study the night of Dec 1, with an all day one done for possible narcolepsy on Dec 2^nd. They completed my results asap, making it possible to see my pulmonologist next week.

«Wow!» — those 3 simple words were the only words I could say after calling; ‘CA SLEEP SOLUTIONS’. And I’ll tell you why;
–My fiancé had his sleep study done here (about 1&½ months ago — prior to me making this specific phone call. Which Im writing the majority of the review on)
– So, things got kinda jumbled with the sleep study done 1.5months ago; his PCP doc left the practice & he was assigned a new doctor. And if you have worked in the medical field before, then you’ll know what a MESS that can be, especially for specialty offices to send patients results to the NEW primary care doctor, that took over for the OLD doctor. So I knew I should call CA Sleep Sol. & add his new doctor into their computer system. So by this, his next doctors apt, the results would actually get there & she’d (–PCP doc) would know the findings.
– Well 100% negligence on his PCP’s office–
CA sleep sol. Faxed the results 3x to the NEW doc– (the medical assistant obviously wasn’t doing her job!!) come to find out (due to my phone call on 8÷20−8÷21) the results were faced 3x & MULTIPLE attempts were made to contact my fiancé’s PCP doc because findings on his sleep study were SEVERE & CA sleep so. needed the doc to sign off for 1more study.
—The phone call I placed on ⁸⁄₂₀ was to see if they could once again fax findings. I was SO LUCKY TO CALL WHEN I DID!!! A woman named «REIN» answered; and WOW!!! What an A.M.A.Z.I.N.G person. She said that ‘due to results (from 1.5months ago), they wanted him to comeASAP for another study (severe sleep apnea.) & have been trying to contact PCP to communicate findings!
–She [REIN] IMMEDIATELY took matters into her own hands! :
SHE CALLED the PCP office to make them AWARE that this was an URGENT finding & told Medical assistant to show doctor immediate!
She then called me back the next day to say all is well,& that step is complete, she said next step is to obtain AUTHORIZATION from insurance provider (ugh hate authorizations.) it usually NEVER takes less than 14 DAYS for authorization.
–Well ha!-Not if you call ‘REIN’!!
4:45 on ⁸⁄₂₀ (THURSDAY) she said she will contact Insurance Provider to start Authorization & she went ahead & scheduled his sleep study for 15 days out — (knowing auth from insurance takes 14 days…) Well I sure wasn’t expecting this to happen — -
–Friday MORNING she (Rein) called me@ 7:34 AM & SAYS;
**“hi Jennifer its Rein-​I obtained AUTHORIZATION”**
for your fiancés sleep study — it’s been approved & there was a cancellation for SATURDAY — (tomorrow) & I didn’t want someone to snatch it up so I scheduled him for tomorrow!” -
–I was almost speechless,& I said; «wow»! Lol I didn’t know what else to say! I started tearing up & started saying OMG THANK YOU THANK YOU!
– «REIN» fought for us, she FOUGHT hard for my fiancé. She knows how bad it can be to live with a person who is literally Sleep Deprived!!! It’s been an emotional roller coaster & being able to have someone, who you DONT EVEN KNOW — not only do their job, but do it like it was for THEIR OWN loved ones. It makes me tear up simply thinking about it! She’s fought harder than anyone has ever fought for him,/us, before. WONDERFUL, AMAZING, GENUINE PERSON!
– So all — in — all i would 100% — recommend this specific Sleep Diagnostic Center; ‘CA Sleep Solutions’! I absolutely love to make people aware of a good medical center, or restaurant or whatever it is. So it just thrills me to no end that I was able to write a good review for them. If CA SLEEP SOLUTIONS ever sees this, especially a supervisor or a ‘higher — up’ .then a raise & special Recognition Needs to be awarded to your ‘Customer Service Representative’; — ** REIN ODUM**
And if you ever read this, Rein, WE LOVE YOU!!! THANK YOU FOR FIGHTING SO HARD FOR US! I know what you did, & the work you put in, to get this set up, & ready… It will NOT go unrecognized. You are beautiful person. Please don’t ever loose your love for helping people. You are OUR advocate!
