Bryan has been my agent since I first moved to California two years ago. He is AWESOME! Communicating with him was as easy as it could get. He is extremely responsive and helpful. Also gave me personal advise with my coverages depending on my situation. Definitely recommend going with State Farm and with having Bryan as your insurance agent.

I came here to get my car insured, the experience was so good I eventually insured my home as well! Not only did Bryan take the time to go over my old policy and explain each coverage, he was able to save me some money on my autos and my home! I love the personalized service that I get when I call or stop by the office, I love working with a family orientated office who knows me by name. In short, if you want personalized service and a agent that works hard to show their customers great service then this is the place to go.

We have been with State Farm for a long time. Recently we are inquiring an additional policy for a new property. He quoted us double the price from other companies, so we questioned him if we could take some liabilities off the quote. He came back with a page long e-​mail «educating» us on how great his company is, how big of a mistake we will be doing by removing the liabilities, and that «Good luck» to us if we decide to go with other companies. His sarcastic tone and entitlement was very not appreciated. At the end on the e-​mails he says «I now can move on with my day with the peace of mind knowing I did my job»… Who would say that to a customer like we wasted all his time for his lecture?
Anyways, we went with another company that was 500 dollars cheaper with the same coverage he offered. I still like State Farm, just don’t buy your policy from this guy.
