Bruce D Gorlick, DPM, FACFAS

Bruce Gorlick is a superstar of feet. He made me two sets of carbon fiber orthotics 10 years ago when I developed plantar faceitous in my left foot. Solved the problem completely. I now live in Atlanta and still call him to get advice and get those orthotics resurfaced.

I have no comment on Dr. Gorlick directly, I will say the process of trying to get in to be seen was frustating. After filling countless pages of questions that many seemed odd. I showed up for my 8:30 a.m. appt was met by less than friendly receptionist. Her biggest concern was to get my insurance card. After waiting for 25 min i told the gal I had to leave as my schedule is tight, she replied «do you want to re-​schedule» I said no I need to find someone that respects my time. her reply o.k.

I was referred to Dr Gorlick by my primary physician because I had a broken foot and toes and to find out if I need surgery or what treatment do I need to receive from Dr Gorlick. He never followed up with me regarding my visit with him or to tell me my X-​Rays were damaged. I had to call for several weeks into his office for a fianl response 5 weeks after my initial visit with Dr Gorlick. His lack of medical professionalism has cause me to have toes healed incorrectly. He is rude and should be barred from practicing medicine.

Dr Gorlick performed surgery on my foot to fix a prior surgeons mistake.
He is a wonderful surgeon, very professional and great follow up through the whole process. I am very satisfied with my surgery and recovery was much easier than anticipated. His office staff is helpful and a great resource.
I would recommend his services to anyone.

If I could give negative stars, I would. Crummy bedside manner, wait times, cramped waiting room, no parking, rude office staff. Oh, and they sent me to collections over $ 13 (which was apparently the balance after my $ 20 copay and after they had billed my insurance company), which I thought they had written off as had been discussed with the office staff, after two years of no communication with me.
I was there because he was removing an ingrown toenail, which I’ve had issues with my entire life. If you’ve never had a shot in your toe… it hurts like… Anyway, I asked him to take care of both sides of the same toenail because it’s frequently an issue. He refused, «because that side wasn’t a problem» at that particular moment. Seriously? Only worried about how much you can bill? Screw the patient and their wishes.
