Saada gave excellent customer service! My mother in law needed a new phone and he took care of her! For the same monthly price, she got a better phone, case and screen protector! Highly recommend Saada at Boost Mobile!

I used to go to another boost mobile way closer to my house but I was in the area and I had to pay my bill. Amazing service. Even though they were busy, they greeted me and told me they’d get to me soon. When it was my turn the girl in the front was super nice and helpful. Then the manager saw that my phone was cracked and asked if I wanted to replace it. Then recommended me to a place called Repair Guyz. I just love how he showed so much interest in me, more than a customer and so helpful and nice. I live 15 miles away but this is now my go to boost from here on out. Love it.

Wow! If I could give this place no stars I would! I walk in yesterday afternoon. Booth of the girls their are too busy shoving their faces with food to give me correct information. One tells me a phone is almost 200, then the other says she doesn’t think so. When I knew the phone was 129!!! I tell them I called and talked to Saaed? The manager. He walks in 10 minutes later. He then is really of no help to me what so ever! He tells me the phone I want sucks compared to one he is recommending. I tell him I wanted the other one. He then tells me the one he is recommending will come with service, and a case for 100 bucks and he also tells me the one I want will be 186 when it just was rung up for 129… He then tells me if I turn in the other phone Id have to pay for service I already paid for for a month all over again. I leave. Call them back and ask the girl if I go to Walmart and buy a phone if I can transfer the service already paid for. She talks to Saaed and he says «no, basically she will take a loss on that money» so I am pretty upset, but not so much with them until I call boost mobiles 800 number to find out that I can switch service to a new phone and these idiots are lying to me because they are trying to make commission? F”^* this store and their incompetent employees. Boost mobile is lucky the lady I spoke with over the phone was great or I would have kissed this sorry company goodbye! I hope this store goes out of business

I came in about 15 minutes to closing. I was not rushed, treated unfairl. y or anything negative. I was able to get all my business handled and this business stayed open 30 minutes past closing. I was offered a great new phone and case cheap. Very good customer service.
