History

Established in 2013.

Keith Betchley, broker for Betchley Realty Group, passed the California State Bar Examination in 1978. He then represented the legal interests of property owners, property management companies and real estate investors. Subsequent to private practice, he became a real estate attorney for Chevron U.S.A.; a Senior Landman and Attorney for Sohio Petroleum Company and General Counsel to a large commercial real estate development company in Sacramento, Ca. As General Counsel, he negotiated, drafted and consummated large commercial real estate transactions including purchase and sale agreements, development, infrastructure improvements, investor and partnership agreements and escrow and closing support. In short, he was the go to guy to get things done. He then formed and operated a real estate environmental consulting company. With his strong passion for real estate and desire to offer his clients affordable real estate solutions, he subsequently formed Betchley Realty Group in 2013.
