Took my vacuum in today, and the gentleman asked me if I wouldn’t mind waiting a few minutes as the repair might be something simple. Sure enough, I needed new belts as mine were old and stretched. He replaced the belts, cleaned the brushes, and sold me a Pittsburgh Steeler scarf (for $ 10.00), and the total, including the scarf, was just over… $ 18.00… CAN’T BELIEVE HOW EASY IT WAS… Really great experience, and I will recommend them to friends. Thanks so much!!!

Brought my vacuum here. Was taken care of immediately. They found the problem my vacuum had and fixed it for a reasonable price… even got it to me the next day cause I was going out of town. If your vacuum is broken brong it here before even thinking about buying a new one.

My Dyson was dead. I had taken it apart 20 times and could not get it to work. I read some Unilocal,went in Today. He took it to the bench and 10 minutes later I was on my way. I am not sure if I am doing them a service by sharing that he declined any money, but that is what happened. It was old school service and help with ha smile. I returned home to find my expensive vacuum cleaner performing as such. THS BUSINESS GETS IT!!! I will recommend them to anyone in need of vacuum service or sales. Thank you!

Finally, a business that knows that service is what the product is! These guys do a fast, thorough and fairly priced job and go above and beyond. I got my several year old Dyson repaired quickly, got a free Dyson loaner while I waited a few days for my vacuum, and they also did a lovely job cleaning my vacuum, something it sorely needed! I highly recommend, particularly if you have an expensive Dyson — it is well worth the cost of service. I was very happy with the entire experience and will recommend to friends.

I took are old vacuum in to store they were great to deal with I though it would be in there a week and $ 100 later we’ll I was out of there in 10 minutes for only $ 15 and it’s been 6 months and the vacuum is still working great. Thank you for great service.

The red dirty light on my Hoover Wind Tunnel vacuum was always on. I thought I needed to clean the sensor like a You Tube video recommended. I took my vacuum in to ask «how do I get to the sensor?» They showed me, but said «it probably won’t fix the problem, so just make sure the belt on your vacuum is OK, and ignore the red light.» After I got home, I found I had lost one of the screws. I went back to Beal’s, and they put in a new screw without charging me anything.

These guys are awesome! I thought my hoover had finally bit the dust… SERIOUSLY… They said they wouldn’t charge anything to look at it and worse case it would be around $ 125. 1 day and $ 15 yes only $ 15 dollars later my 14 year old Hoover was revived and better than it has been in a LONG TIME… THANKS JODI! Stopped in there today based on Unilocal reviews. Great customer service. They had the belts I needed for two broken vacuums. The guy that helped me let me fix one of the belts in the shop before I even left. I will not be going anywhere else for any vacuum needs. I highly recommend this place. I can’t say enough about my experience here.

Fixed my vacuum under Hoover warranty for free.

Thank you, Beal’s. The hose on my 15+ year old Hoover Futura had seen better days as it was disintegrating at both ends. It’s a model with one of those power heads so electrical wires run through the hose. I was hoping it could be repaired or replaced so off to Beal’s I went, having dealt with them for obtaining the sometimes elusive bags for my model. The bad news? Hoover doesn’t make that part any more. The good news? They had one left in stock in the back. Hallelujah. Saved me from having to buy a new vacuum. And really, does anybody want to spend money on a new vacuum cleaner? Yeah, it wasn’t exactly dirt cheap, but it was less expensive than a new machine, so I left happy. These guys are always helpful and accommodating!

If your vacuum is not working properly, don’t replace it without first trying Beal’s to get it fixed correctly and affordably the first time!
My Dyson DC-​28 worked wonderfully until the wand stopped having any suction. I took apart every piece I could find to see if there was a clog I could remove and found nothing. I took it to them and they removed the obstruction from the wand, cleaned it up, re-​affixed the suction ring in the dirt cup and cleaned up the brush. All for only $ 30!
They gave me an accurate cost estimate, and got the work completed on time. I’ll definitely take it back there if I ever have any other issues.

Since I have a hoover, and the reviews were good on this place… I called ahead and the guy was like sure no problem come in. All I needed was a new belt, but the service fixed me up in like 10 min. I am totally satisfied with the business and service… just wish it was closer to where I live, but then I went to costco on the way home… so I killed two birds with one stone…

I can’t even rave about Beal’s Hoover shop enough. No matter what the problem is, they can solve the issue. They have always fixed my vacuums while I’ve waited, have always had amazing customer service, and always are reasonably priced. What more could you want when you’ve broken a belt or vacuumed up some stupid item?

A few years ago my boyfriend threw out some important parts to my vacuum’s filter carriage thinking it was part of the filter. As I had no clue which parts were missing since I didn’t see them, I brought the entire dust bin to Beal’s in hopes they could help me replace the parts I needed. They knew exactly what I needed right away, and ordered the replacement parts. A week or two later I had the parts I needed, all for $ 20!
Today I needed to change the filter on the same vacuum. For whatever reason this particular filter seems a bit difficult to find at a brick an mortar store (no dice with Target or Walmart), so I called Beal’s. Lucky me, they had the part, and for cheaper than Walmart’s online store.
Great to know there’s still a vacuum specialist in town who can get me the parts I need for my not-​even-​old vacuum! Customer service has always been prompt and courteous.

I bought a Hoover carpet cleaner from Sears a few weeks ago, and wouldn’t you know it, the first day we broke a brush. D’oh. I’d read on Amazon that service was horrible on the things, but I still wanted to try, so I found this place on Fulton.
Small shop, but the guy working there couldn’t have been more helpful. He had an extra part from a return that he GAVE me (!), showed me another vacuum that floats on air (!), and helped order another part. Seriously great customer service. I’ll defintely but another Hoover just for this reason.
