I have returned to this location out of convenience a few more times since my last review. Fortunately, have not seen the worker who was not very pleasant last time. There are two workers who I see each time I go and they are great for having to work both the Baskin Robins & Togos counters. The manager was also very welcoming when I was there one afternoon.

The customer service definitely needs improvement. I came here for Scoop Fest and ordered three scoops of ice cream. For some reason, the worker looked very unhappy to serve us ice cream, almost like she was pissed, grumpy, or offended. Also, the ice cream was very melted. The gold medal ribbon was almost turning into a milkshake when we first got it. Way too soft. I’ve been here once in awhile in the past and had better experiences, but this last time was definitely one of the worst.

I really like their ice cream and it’s just 2 blocks from my house but their customer service sucks! I went yesterday and the day before. Yesterday was the worst customer service I ever had. Vanessa is rude and constantly gives dirty looks. After she dime making you feel like trash she talks to her coworkers and looks right at you and laughs, which only makes you feel like she’s talking about you. I would rather go the extra few miles to a better ice cream store with better customer service.

I moved to this neighborhood 4 months ago & have visited this B&R location twice since moving here. Both times I was extremely disappointed in the lack of quality in the ice cream & cones (the first time I thought maybe was a fluke so wanted to give them a second chance). But, no, not any better the second time around. The waffle cones were the only ones I tried (both times)-they just don’t taste fresh. And the ice cream is a joke! There are frozen ice chunks in the ice cream & it has an unappealing freezer taste to it-​yuck!
I will say that the service here is excellent; however, that does not make up for the crappy ice cream. B&R, get your act together-​the ice cream here sucks!
