Barbara is an amazing therapist! She is the kind of therapist that actually has something to say. My previous therapist just wanted me to talk the entire time and he really didn’t have much input. Barbara is completely different, she has helped me so much over the last couple years. I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for a great therapist in the Sacramento area.
