Baja Fresh Express

Food is okay. Doesn’t taste like regular Baja fresh but a knock off chipotle. The service has been great except for one employee (didn’t catch her name she is short and African American) who was blatantly rude and rolled her eyes at me. Be more selective in the hiring process she made your location look bad

I wouldnt say this is the greatest place on campus but it is fairly new. When it first opened food was fresh and the grilled chicken was not burnt every other time. But now that school traffic has picked up the restaurant has become inconsistent in its food quality which is understandable. Food isnt much expensive being $ 7 for salad bowl served in a tortilla shell and it is relatively healthy compared to the other places on campus. If u want the pick of the litter when it comes to freshness come earlier not when its lunch time. Seems like they leave the food out and prepare more especially for lunch. Line is relatively fast and the staff is extremely nice if u have a problem with the portions ask for more they dont mind giving more just know that they will charge you for sour cream and guac. Its a business not a charity.

Service was extremely slow and unfriendly. The price is too expensive for what you get. There are way better places on campus to eat where u get more bang for your buck. For being called Bjana FRESH the ingredients weren’t fresh and the meat was burnt. I will not be eating here again.
