The worst customer service I’ve encountered. I was shocked how the office ladies treat customers. The guys on the yard are helpful but the sales people are just something else. I went in to buy two double sink counter tops that I liked. Asked the ladies if they can show them to me (they were stacked one against another so I couldn’t see the top fully) they said that they can’t do any of that because apparently they are moving and they can’t sell anything that’s in a closed crate. When I asked where and when they are moving they said they don’t know yet. It’s still in a process. The lady started to get frustrated and raised her voice at me. What kind of business do they run? Aren’t you in selling granite and cabinet business? Apparently not, they don’t care about their business at all. So disappointing. Stopped by a week later same story. Still don’t open and still don’t know when they will be moved.

They were very helpful and helped me find everything I was looking for. They have a wide variety and good quality to choose from. They were friendly and the place was very organized.

They have a wide range of granite and quartz. Also, have a wide range of vanity and kitchen sink. I found their prices are very reasonable compared to other stores. I like it that they have installation options for about $ 450…depending on the amount of cabinets. I had a really good experience and highly recommended!

I ordered kitchen cabinets and granite countertops, including installation for a rental I am fixing up to sell. I shopped pretty carefully for price and when comparing quality of lower end cabinets B & P was the best value. I saw the reviews here and knew going in the process might not be perfect. I was willing to deal with some hassle to save money and get a superior outcome. I like their low end cabinets more than any others I found, and I looked at a lot of cabinets.
The original installation dates were not honored as it seems they forgot to put me on the schedule. But they made the extra effort to install on a Saturday to get me back on schedule. The installers were skilled and interested in providing a professional finish. After installation there were some minor issues and some took multiple contacts to get them fixed. But in the big picture the issues were minor and all were eventually addressed.
I got what I expected. There were some issues, I saved a great deal of money, and the kitchen looks great.
Would I recommend them? If price is important and you are willing to invest some extra effort to follow up then yes. Looking back I am pleased I went to B & P and saved. I will use them on my next project.

So frustrating. When we went to pick up our cabinets it wasn’t complete. There were some broken pieces and one of the cabinets was built incorrectly. They would not compensate in any way, wouldn’t even apologize just told me that’s the way it is. Horrible customer service, if I didn’t need to install the kitchen so we could move I would return this shit immediately. They promised it would all be ready and we’ve been sitting here for 20 minutes while they try to find the granite.
NEVER GO HERE! Save yourself the trouble, the cheaper prices here don’t make up for the horrible experience you get here

Would post a negative stars review if possible. Granite fabrication & installation were unacceptable. Chipped & damaged on every cut because an improper tool was used. Jagged & wide seams. ¼″ height difference in all backsplash joins. Red epoxy on black granite makes jagged seams more noticeable. Counter top in bath complete different color from sink tops. No buffing or cleanup. Screamed at me on the phone when I tried to get some customer service.

Terrible customer service. Actually cussed me out. First time I’ve ever experienced such treatment in 10 years in business. It would be nice if the owner didn’t think his low price point made up for his bad manners.
