Audrey works with anyone who wants to experience more in their life. Whether it is in their love life, job, spirituality or any other area of their life, Audrey is devoted to navigating options and finding out what would make you feel excited in life. With a combination of holistic, intuitive listening and the Co-​Active Coaching Model, Audrey is skilled in supporting you uncover a life that excites you.

History

Established in 2012.

Audrey has been helping her friends and peers find clarity and motivation in their lives since as long as she can remember. From 2011 – 2012, Audrey completed a year long, 100-​hour coaching training that is based on the Co-​Active Coaching Model. Meeting clients as an equal, and supporting them in uncovering what they want to look at is the core of Audrey’s work.

Audrey also spent a year in India studying in ashrams and on farms which helped her create a worldview of trust and willingness to overcome fear and live life fully. Her intuition was strengthened as she navigated this incredibly beautiful and chaotic country.

I have always found immense pleasure in connecting with people and helping them uncover their deeper passions and desires for life.

I have lived moments when my dreams were delivered to my doorstep and have walked away being afraid to step into my potential. I have also felt the expansive feeling of saying yes to the opportunities around me and letting my heart guide my life. I know how scary it can be to say yes to the world and its abundance of offerings, and I am here to support you in saying yes to what you want.

I also know the power of intention and willingness and have tools to help clients develop a relationship with themselves to access these skills.

Audrey is an amazing person and really helped me get through a tough breakup and taught me how to become closer to myself and how to deal with anxiety and stress. She is a great person to talk to. She helped me understand myself and help cope with my feelings. She also took the time to check up on me outside of our sessions. I recently completed 8 sessions with Audrey. When I approached her, I knew I wanted change in my life. I was looking to get a new job so that I could be closer to my family and girlfriend, and at the same time I was hoping to find a job that was more aligned with my personal values.
I ended up with several offers, and by talking things through with Audrey, I had the confidence to take a risk and go for the job that was a little outside my comfort zone but definitely within aligned with my values. Long story short, things worked out! When I wake up every morning, I can’t wait to get to work. I am so thankful that I took this risk, and I’m not sure I would have had the courage to do it without Audrey’s support.
Beyond supporting and guiding me through this transition, Audrey helped me get back in touch with my spiritual side, something I had lost. Through some of our exercises, I learned truths about myself that had always been there but that I had never properly identified. I truly feel that I know myself better after having worked with Audrey.

I recently had a phone session with Audrey, and she was great at hearing about where I currently am in my life & the changes and growth I’ve experienced, and reflecting those lessons back to me. Which is great, because it’s always helpful to hear things from a different perspective; she helped me to see a broader picture of the challenges I’ve been experiencing & what I’ve taken away from them.
Audrey is very enthusiastic, and this comes through in her coaching style. She’s excited about supporting people in their journey, no matter what that next step is. For me it is walking 3x/​week, and she supported me in this by checking in me with me via text throughout the week after our call which was awesome. When she would check in with me, I’d reflect on my walking during the week, and through this reflection I was able to glean new insights into my process with exercise which was hugely helpful.
I definitely recommend Audrey if you’re looking for support in making a life change or if you need someone to help you maintain that shift. She is a great person to assist at any step along the way!

I have been lucky to experience two coaching sessions with Audrey, and both times, I have been awed by the clarity and balance that she has helped me to find. The sessions have generally lasted about an hour, but the effects will last a lifetime. The first time that we met, we focused on some questions I had surrounding my job and future career plans. I came away with that session with a basic roadmap for moving forward, and the confidence to do so.
I know that Audrey has had some training in coaching, but really I think she was born with an innate gift to help others help themselves. She is an amazing listener; her feedback is gentle but firm. She creates a space where you can explore your vulnerability, knowing full well and utterly trusting that you can lean on her for support and guidance.
The second session that I had with Audrey focused on a difficult relationship that I was dealing with. She let me express a lot of the emotions that I needed to release, but she also urged me to focus on finding the source of my strength so that I would leave the session with the tools that I needed to continue to work through this complex situation. I certainly can’t say that I am ‘over it’ but I am moving forward and I know that without Audrey’s help I would still be stuck.
Audrey is a gifted coach, a soothing presence, a true healer, and a wonderful human being.

First of all Audrey is a very smart, thoughtful listener. Her energy is pointed upwards yet she is discerning. Its a real pleasure to talk to her, as she is very aware of what you’re saying and how you’re feeling. I think she’s a naturally intuitive person, with effortless people skills and charm. I spoke with her on the phone for an hour about my life & things going on, & she guided me towards the bases; roots of my intentions. Audrey helped me get clear on what I wanted and get a plan for making my goal happen. Then, she offered me accountability and support to actually make sure that plan happened. All the while, was funny, loving, thoughtful and wise so that I never felt bad about where I was at or discouraged about making changes.
2 things I’m always wondering about someone I hire to help me (since I’m also in the helping industry) is do they get me and can they really handle me? Audrey did both. She paid really great attention to me and was patient as I sorted through the five million different things I wanted to talk about. She asked some key questions that left me speechless (rare for me) and made me think outside the normal loop my mind was going in pre-​Audrey session. She was definitely thorough in understanding my world — which I really appreciate before anyone gives me advice. And the best part was, this wasn’t a lot of advice giving. It was questions that made room for my own ideas to come through. And then we got concrete and made a plan.
She had the courage to tell me the truth about what she was seeing too. Also a must for anyone helping me!

Audrey is simply incredible. Sessions with her have provided me with an opportunity to dive deeper into many untouched or possibly murky waters of myself, and Audrey was been there to hold my hand through it. Along the way, Audrey has been professional, caring, and intuitive. She isn’t afraid to ask the questions that I may not always want to ask myself (exactly why one should try coaching!), but does so in such an incredibly compassionate, thoughtful, and supportive way that I feel like I am able to get to the heart and soul of the matter.

I just had a session with Audrey and feel inspired to write about what a solid coach she is. She brings professionalism, crisp listening, and most importantly, an unbridled heart to her coaching. As I coach myself, I find I can be picky about who I seek help from and with Audrey, every time I am so thrilled with what I get out of working with her.
