Ok the store is small but the service was great Anthony and Dominic were supper nice. I came in for a new phone and left with a free tablet and they were extra helpfull. Thanks for the great service.

Spent an hour talking to a new guy that had only been working there for two weeks. It’s good that he asks what to do to make sure he does it right and that’s fine. However, it’s quite upsetting; I was expecting the phone to come in today because they said two year contract phones have to be shipped and promised it will arrive within two business day, which I was told Friday afternoon.
I called today, Friday, asking regarding what exact time the phone will be in. They mentioned they cannot give that information over the phone and I have to ask my brother for when it will come in or go to the store to check. That’s fine. I understand maybe it’s a security thing, but the guy knew it was me. I was anxious to know when it comes in because my neighborhood is unsafe. So, I read the fine print written on the confirmation they gave me. They failed to mention I can check online at
. Seriously?
I come to find that it comes Monday instead. Now, I will miss getting a free wireless charging pad and case from Samsung’s promotion. I called th back mentioning it. They didn’t bother to try to uphold the promise. It was «out of their reach.» And, told me that I was told it’ll come Friday or Monday. Now, if I was told Monday. I would have find other options, like go with the next plan and drive to the AT&T store on Laguna who had always been great to my family whenever we came in. We had been AT&T customers for 10+ years.
I’m not coming back to this reseller store again. They don’t know how to handle situations to make sure they keep promises and provide excellent customer service. Save yourselves some time everyone. Just go to a legitimate AT&T store that knows what they’re doing and can save face.

Att should really look into the management of this location. I love att, but this store here is the only one where I come in I don’t feel welcome. I came early, the door said the store won’t open until 10 am. When it was 10 am an African guy came out holding on to a key lock the door. I aske him about wanting to buy a phone and he just say we don’t have it. And didn’t welcome me in to if he can help me. He just walk off. He looks like he was in a hurry to go eat? Or to meet someone? I mean the store open at 10 am, lunch time or break time isn’t at 10 am. Then I call for service instead and they just hung up on me. I love ATt because of great service mobile and customer. But I was very disappointed at this store. Please, if any manager or head of ATT is reading this, please look into this store. This should not be acceptable, I mean what happens to customer service? It’s because of customers that’s why they get a pay check.

Came in to get some services done to my account, Edison, Kevin, and Mikhail were great and helped me with everything I needed done, great customer services. I most definitely recommend this place.

They’re incompetent.
I came in here for a simple purpose and they had no idea what to do and wasted my time and overcharged me. They had no idea what to do and stood around confused.

Please don’t waste your time going to this’s att store. They don’t know what they doing. Waste my time… One of the employee had to call the manager for help. They will over charge you on your bills.

It’s not a att cooperation store. SIM card is not free here

Wow some fkboi working here! The most unwelcoming douche who had no idea how to do his job but acted like he knew everything bossing everyone around. How did he not know beforehand he couldn’t unsuspend a number bc they’re not a corporate branch? 1 star for trying but no need to act like you’re superior than the others. Then he tells me my moms number was suspended because I didn’t pay my UVERSE INTERNET due. What a fkn joke. Telling him my moms number was suspended bc the phone was stolen/​lost, he completely ignored that. You work for wireless service not the internet service I will tell you that there’s no relevance in those two account whatsoever. They were just linked in together bc my sister wasn’t paying for the internet anymore. Even after telling him that I had called att already about the past due in my account for the U verse Internet. The service was not used for the whole month when it was cancelled. Even after telling him that the Internet CS rep I talked to specifically said that I DO NOT have to pay the amount billed online bc IT IS NOT the final statement (the final bill is going to come in the Mail, it won’t be reflected online) when the final bill is paid the past due online will be taken off. This foo then tells me «I’m just relaying to you what I see in my system.» The system,. my own att account that I personally logged in myself on their computer with my own two hands. LOL get the flying eff out of here! I had to stopped his rude ass there and barked at him. I been developing website for years and I know and I easily understand exactly what I’m looking at and if I have to I will tell you how to do your job. Don’t compare me to the other customers that comes in only to complain that the Internet on their go phone flip phones isn’t working. The entire trip to this branch was a complete waste of time and driving back to downtown getting stuck in 3pm traffic was an equal letdown from this experience. Should’ve skipped this place and went straight to a corporate branch.
My bills are directly taken out from my bank account if they were going to charge me the $ 50 they would have taken that out of my bank already you useless fool. It’s an unresolved issue with the ISP and that’s irrelevant from your job description seeing you work for the wireless service. Geez have some common sense and understand your job description.
On a sidenote, Edison was more helpful bc he told me first hand to just call att to unsuspend the number. He even tried to hook me up with an old phone just to activate the sim. Thanks anyway you were great I give you the other star for having a better customer service.

My husband and I went to buy new phones. The associate sold us the phones told us that no one on our plan was on contract. We bought 2 I phones. We had a tablet data plan that we wanted to change to a phone for my daughter. He told us that he couldn’t disconnect the tablet we had to call ATT and that it would be really easy no problem since we aren’t under contract. So we buy our phones and turn on a line for my daughter (we were passing one of our old phones down to her) and buy 2 really expensive good quality cases for our new phones. We left happy… Until my husband called ATT to disconnect the tablet. We could not because it was under contract!!! So was my phone!!! So they totally mislead us to sell phones. We went back to straighten everything out and the manager Brandon was totally unapologetic and RUDE. He turned it around on us like we had no right to be upset over this. We tried to return the stuff we bought to go buy it from someone who wouldn’t lie to us and he wouldn’t give us our money back. The associate said that when we were there buying our phones he looked on line and it said we weren’t under contract but when we went back he refreshed it and it said we were under contract :/​BS! It is really sad that consumers can just get mislead like this and there isn’t really much we can do about it…

I came in just to ask a question about upgrading my phone, if I was able to upgrade. Mikhail who was very friendly and helpful, told me I was able to upgrade. Great! I asked how much and everything. Everything was affordable and service was fast! Thanks to them I have a New and beautiful LG G3. Thanks to Mikhail and Edison!

Edison helped me and my sis in law get upgraded plus got us a fabulous deal. I highly recommend this place.

If I could give them less than one star I would. This is an «authorized retailer» and NOT an ATT corporate store. I recommend people go to a corporate store instead.
Worst phone service experience of my life. My mother, who lives in Sacramento, went into the store because she needed a new phone. The store called me to get authorization and then offered to upgrade my account telling me I could get an iPhone 6 and a ‘free’ tablet at less cost using a sharing plan than I was previously paying. Sounded good so went ahead. Tablet never arrived, he said it was «returned to the store because of weather» so I had to spend a lot of time chasing it down. Then they sent a different iPhone than the one I ordered. They also never turned off the old service so I have been charged for two plans. I just spent over an hour with ATT corporate trying to get things sorted out. Truly a nightmare experience!

Just like the previous review. DO NOT GO TO THIS STORE!!! They will lie. I went in to see how much extra my bill would be with the next program. The rep tells me the price. I decided not to go ahead with the upgrade. Rep tells me I have to because he already processed the new phone. My line turns off. So I call Att. She says they suspended my line in order for me to be force to purchase the new phone. They should learn how to show someone their new bill with trying to force them into buying something or upgrading. I recommend any future Att customers or existing customers to ask if they are part of CWA. If they are not politely turn around and walk away.
