Eeek! This company is ridiculous! I just got off the phone with them and at the end of my conversation the representative said, «This is Kathy, right?» NO! I am not Kathy! Get the account, person, and job number RIGHT! She said the accountant couldn’t find my check that I paid over a month ago. I told her to ask the plumber, I gave it to him on ___date and it was cashed on this date _____. The plumber who came out to my home, was very rough around the edges, but somewhat knowledgeable. I would pay a little more and get better service.

Had issues with a rental property.
AAP responded very quickly. When Nathan arrived, he was able to assure me that there was not leak in my pipes. I had another plumber come out and wanted to charge me an excessive amount just to diagnose.

Nathan also quoted and replaced two water heaters. Did and excellent job and a very fair price. Will definitely look to them for any future plumbing needs.

You don’t begin to know who Nathan is. His plumber left cigartte butts on my master bath carpet. He and his helper left the side door open all day, and I got an infestation of 700 gnats that I had to kill, Seven weeks later the walk-in tub install is not finished, and his workman all but destroyed my master bath. All I received from Nathan was lies and promises. I want nothing to do with him, or his company again. This has been the ultimate job from hell! Nathan threatened to sue me for liable if I gave a bad review. This is the monster you are dealing with.

This company is the best. Nathan is the best. My Aunt’s main water pipe broke and we were in a panic on how to get it fixed. We had to turn her water off. This was on Saturday on the 4^th of July. We went on Home Adviser to find a plumber and we were having to wait until Monday or Tuesday before anyone would come out to help us. Nathan came that same day on Saturday on the 4^th of July, at no charge to help us. We had a good feeling about this guy, and we decided to hire him, and I’m glad we did. This was no easy task because we live in Rocklin and many older homes are built on huge rocks and boulders. Nathan had to figure out how to deal with this major problem. He was great. He got the job done. He did a fantastic job and got it done in a timely manner. He knows his stuff and more importantly he is reliable, honest and doesn’t over charge. I recommend him 100%.

What a wonderful experience with Nathan. He was honest and delivered exactly what he said he was going to do. Excellent work and the cost was very reasonable. He started on time and finished on time. Kept his estimate and only did what was necessary. I was very pleased to receive a follow up call the next day to make sure everything was fine. Nathan has all my plumbing needs in the future and I highly recommend him to anyone for plumbing. Great job Nathan!

Great experience (as great at is can get with backed up beef stew coming out of your laundry pipes… ugh!) Nathan was professional, friendly, and spent much more time ensuring the job was done well than ANY other plumbing service I have utilized in the past, including the big franchise plumbing operations.
