All Tint Window Tinting

I wouldn’t give them even one star but there is not that option. Vic scheduled an appointment at 10:30am to tint my car and didn’t bother to even show up. The place was closed. I called him few times and left him a voice message too but not even a single reply from him. Worst businessman ever. It was raining and cold. I waited outside for about 45minutes and had no choice but to leave. STAY AWAY

This business should not have an license, and I doubt they pay the tax in full. For $ 20 dollar more, I could have gotten professional service some where else instead of this back door– no consumer service — rude and dirty chop shop that shares an warehouse with an golf cart storage business.
They mess up appointment time three times in a roll, and wasted my time every time.
Their employees are rude, dirty, and gross. The whole business looks shady. They would use water from the rusty pipe outside of the warehouse on the tinting process.
If you care about your car, or your money, or your happiness on that day, do not go there. It is a cesspool.

Called to ask a question regarding the groupon deal. Was told «hey, I get paid either way so it don’t make a difference to me.» Had to wait a month to get my vehicle in because they are «soooo busy»; however, when I brought my car in I was the only one there. They took my car and I asked about how long and they indicated 2.5 — 3 hours and I asked if they had my number. They did not so I gave it to them… For what I don’t know because they never called to inform me that my vehicle was ready. I asked about care and specific instructions and they told me not to roll down the windows for 5 days and not to worry about the bubbles and that they should disappear within 5 – 10 days. I don’t know how they are going to make a scratch in my tint disappear!!! Just noticed it today and of course it was after they were closed!!! I don’t see how they can not see a scratch that they put on the tint!!! Groupon needs to stop doing business with this company. Horrible customer service and horrible work!

Attempted to get my car tinted at All Tint. Did not succeed. I bought my Groupon in June. Called and was told I would need to wait until July. Here we are in July. Was put off confirming the appointment 3 different times. Still have not had either a call back or an effort to make good on the purchase of the Groupon.
Why offer a Groupon if you don’t plan to act right to the people spending the money IN ADVANCE to get service done? If you don’t want to give good customer service, stop doing Groupons. Then you won’t have to deal with customers anymore.
I have since had my money refunded by Groupon, and plan to spend my money elsewhere, Dan. Thanks but no thanks. I will get my car tinted, just not by you.
I am in business for myself and I would never treat my potential clients the way you treat yours.

The tint that they use is crap. The work that they do is crap. My natural bubbles never went away after 4 years. My tint went from 20% to 90%. They changed this place from the «The professional» to «All professional»? Why is the so called new owner Dave posting from Andre Love’s (old owner) Unilocal account. Andre must of changed his name too. This is what you get for using off brand tint and giving lifetime warranty on it. I’m suprised get put a small sticker advertising their business on my back window showing off their crappy job. .
I’ve gotten tint done on my other car a year later at another tint shop using good tint (llumar), and the difference is night and day. I have no bubbles, no fading, they also gave me a tint certificate from the tint manufacturer and cost less. Andre gave me a laser printed receipt that says lifetime warranty, with no tint certificate. I feel I was hustled here. LESSON: make sure you get this and quality tint, or your money will be wasted.

I really wish I could give this place less than 1 star! My husband bought me this Groupon so I could get my car ready for the summer heat. I went online and scheduled an appointment for today. When I pulled up to the business I was not impressed; from the front the place looks like a storage unit. I went inside and the guy had me write down my name and number on a piece of printer paper. He never confirmed that I had an appointment. Also, he did not show me samples of the options; he pointed out into the parking lot at different cars and told me «if you choose color A it will basically look like that car over there…». It was a little ridiculous and unorganized.
Since I was there with a Groupon I just sucked it up to be a «you get what you pay for experience». My coworker had dropped me off at 9am and they told me they would need my car until 3 or 4pm. I left the place and returned to work. Approx 15 minutes later I received a call from the shop saying I needed to pick up my car because I did not have an appointment. I insisted that I did and that I had booked it thru Groupon’s website. He said, «Ok I see it now I just thought you were trying to sneak your car in.» What the hell kind of response is that?! So I got off the phone and approx 30 minutes after that I received another call stating that I had to pick up my car and that I didn’t have an appointment. Are you kidding me?!? I explained again that I did have an appointment… blah blah blah and the guy started getting quite upset with me. He said, «I already have 9 cars here and I can’t do yours. You have to see I am getting frustrated and I am not trying to be a D*@# but I can’t do your car.» I told him there was no reason to cuss and that he should see that I am frustrated too since I had left work to get my car to him and now I needed to leave again to pick it up without any work being done to it. I told him if this is how his service was going to be I would just get a refund from my Groupon. He said fine and hung up on me! GRRRRRRR!!!
I looked on Unilocal for another window tinting place in the area and came across Premium Glass and Tint on Power Inn Road. I called them and they not only gave me a great deal but got my car in right away. I picked my car up from All Tint and dropped it off at Premium Glass at noon. My car was done by 2:30 and looked amazing!
Stay away from All Tint!

The bubbles left were not «air bubbles» that go away in a few days. They are dirt particles that were left on the film, these will NOT go away and have not!
If I was going to be charged for ANYTHING, I should have been told over the phone when I had made the appointment. ANY warranty work should be covered 100%, otherwise told upon initial purchase.
Reading some of the reviews of customers who took back their car for warranty (bad tint) some were and were not charged to re-​do their tint. (read them you will see)
When I came in here, AFTER MAKING AN APPOINTMENT, I was treated so rudely. To sum it up, this place is unprofessional, makes excuses to not fully cover the «warranty» and I will NEVER recommend them ever!
ps I forgot to mention when they DID finally agree to fix the bad work, the guy tried selling me some GLASS TREATMENT to clean water spots off my windows for $ 50! WTH gimmie a break
pps the owner’s generic response to all the negative reviews is the same and he has so many bad reviews he just copies and pastes it to not have to re-​do it with all the bad reviews they get! WOW!

I see a lot of reviews on here, a lot with spelling and grammatical errors, which puts to question the credibility of the reviewer (usually negative) I have brought my 6 or 7 cars I have personally owned, many of my friends cars, and referred many people who purchase cars from my dealership, all are satisfied and all get a good deal. I have had a few windows fade after 2 years, and I have always had them fixed, they have even fixed windows for $ 20 that I personally have scratched cleaning or something along those lines. You just have to ask for the «2 ply» window tint which lasts much longer and doesn’t fade but also is slightly more expensive. If you paid $ 99 for windows and they faded after 2 years, it’s because you paid $ 99? This is just my personal opinion, I have nothing to gain by posting this review, my name is Keith so you can email me or come and talk to me in person and I will tell you the same thing, I have no contract with my dealership and «The professional», no one asked me to submit a review, it’s just a company who has always worked on mine and my friends/​family cars, who always gave me a good deal, who I never had any problems with. Give them a shot, ask for Dre or Tony and they will hook you up.

Anything professional this place does is take your money. They offer you lifetime warranty but you can’t claim it because they will change owner or business name by a letter so they won’t do anything. I had my windows tinted and a few years later I got a lot of bubbles. Very bad bubbles. I don’t even want to give this place one star but I don’t have a choice. I don’t advise to go here or any business that they will change to when doing anything to your car here unless you want your tint to look like mines.

My back window tint had gone all bubbly on me, so I took it here to get it replaced. They gave me a very good price and said they’d have it ready in 2 –½ to 3 hours. When I told them I needed it as quickly as possible, they jumped on it and had it ready in an hour and a half. Nice work, seem like good people. Location is good for walking over to the mall or whatever while they work on your car.

The professional. all professional.this auto tinting place is horrible regardless if they tried to change the name by one word or change the owner. Dont be fooled by the lifetime warranty. What do you do if they decide to «go out of business» again or simply change their name again and you get suckered in with paying more for a crappy job. First time i came here, they didnt tint my windows the way i wanted it to be. Not only that, the tints were semi scratched already. Being not so picky, i let it sly. Eventually the tints faded BAD in a little over a year so i brought it back in and of course, this guy Dave says they are a different company now. Right… different company yet the name sounds almost identical. They charged me a reasonable amount to get it fixed as if they were trying to HOOK IT UP, and of course i thought i couldnt pass up this deal. BIG MISTAKE again. I called them out on the air bubbles on my car and this ghetto short man tells me it should evaporate in a few days and that i should trust his work. Right… thats why there is two big air bubbles on my back window. Secondly, these idiots drained out my battery and tried to deny it. I asked if they touched the underneath my hood, they said no that my car’s battery was already dead and that they had to push my car into the shop and tried to charge it. And trust me at that point i knew these people were extremely untrustworthy and shady. I called them out on it and Dave here starts stuttering. Firstly, if my car had a problem since the beginning (which he said he detected it when he first tried to start my car) why would you not inform me right away and turn away my car? Instead they clearly did something wrong during the four hours i left my car there. Secondly, i asked them why they had to lie about not touching under the hood of my car and all they could do is tell lies on top of lies. Then i asked if they had surveillance and they tell me they only record for the day and they reuse the tape. I told them they sure must be getting away with lots of things with no cameras watching their actions. I give chances to many places, ghetto or not, but heck this place is so unprofessional that im not surprised they had to change their name. I wouldnt be surprised if they previously were sued by someone (s) and thats why they kept the name so similar. Advice here, dont bother with this place especially if you drive a nice car. My car window is stuck with air bubbles and best believe i wont bother with their stupid warranty. Bringing your car here is asking for a crappy job, the side panel of your doors have been ripped apart, and them draining out your battery because they dont know how to leave the ignition at the first click if they want to listen to the radio while working on the car. Plus would you trust a place that cant even show you footage on what they did to your car? Im waiting for this place to seriously go out of business. And trust me if i had an option this place would receive ZERO stars, heck they deserve to have negative stars!
