I had a PMB here for over two years and Dan and Susan were always so friendly and accommodating! I even kept my PMB when I moved out of state because they were so flexible with holding/​forwarding my mail as needed. I highly recommend them!

Super convenient spot. Had to get a document notarized. Came in 25 minutes to closing, but they we really chill. Took 5 minutes tops, and they mailed the document for me. $ 10.65 total. In and out service: priceless.

My go to place to ship any packages. Convenient location, fast service and a place that always packs items securely never had a single issue with shipping. Dan has always been helpful with any shipping needs and they don’t overcharge for packaging material like most places.

The customer service at the mail center is the best ever. I needed a little help with a special parcel and Dan was over the top helpful. My package arrived at its destination (Florida) on time and it also needed to be returned California with a prepaid envelope. Dan took the extra step to listen to my request and it worked out PERFECT. He was friendly and knowledgeable.
I will continue to use this Mail Center for all my needs, even though there are other shops closer, it was worth the few extra miles. I would highly recommend this Mail Center.

I’ve done business at this location a few times and I’m extremely satisfied. Dan has gone out of his way to ensure that my needs are met from shipping options to artwork designs and print options. Their location may be farther for me but I have no qualms making a trip to get my business done there. I’m definitely a happy customer!

When I entered AIM this morning I was greeted w/​a smile; I asked about purchasing postage stamps and also inquired as to a nearby recycling location. The counter person wasn’t certain & excused himself to check with the owner to get the needed answer. The owner came out in person and gave me precise directions as I am new to Natomas. I was so impressed with the help and friendly reception I had received I promised to spread the word. SO, if you need postage, passport photos, FEDEX services, greeting cards or just a big smile and friendly attitude drop in. You’ll get that and a lot more! Wish more businesses had this outlook! Kudos to AIM out here in Natomas!

Extremely helpful and friendly even when I walked in the door 2 minutes before they closed.
I visited them a few times to print a few things for our wedding and not only did they figure out the formats for me, they were extremely friendly and super affordable. They definitely saved me a ton by being able to print things myself.
I will continue to use them for an future printing needs.

This place is great! Always fast and friendly service. I’m a regular here and the owners, Dan and Susan know me by name, always ask how I’m doing and I love that. Their employee Brannon is always ready to help. I have a mailbox at this location and have never had a problem. Great way to get my mail. This is a great place for all of your mailing and shipping needs!

This is my new go-​to for all my media needs! I had tickets and posters I needed printed for a school-​related event and both Dan and Brannon were very helpful. Brannon helped me fit more tickets to a page (which subsequently helped reduce the cost of printing for me!) and all the printed materials came back in a timely manner and were very professional looking. I cannot thank them enough. Their prices are reasonable and their services top notch!

I can’t say enough good things about AIM Mail Centers in Natomas. They are always so friendly & courteous when I came to check my mail. They also offer a variety of coupons in the Natomas Shopper (monthly mailer).
I have had a mailbox here with them for over a year & have just extended it another year!

What a difference from the UPS Store on Arena by Bel Air. Both of the guys in there that helped me were friendly and gave me different items on how to package my item. They didn’t try to pressure me into shipping my items through them. They did exactly what I asked for with a smile. If you ever have to mail something away or need an item packaged please go through them.

Excellent service by a friendly staff. Went in there to get passport photos and get something signed by a notary public. They did both, even let me take multiple photo shots until I was satisfied with the picture. Then they helped me put all my paperwork together and send it off. The prices were also lower compared to UPS and FedEx. They are also an authorized dealer of both!

I have tried different big name stores to print family event pictures, but what makes me go back to AIM is they NEVER charge extra for small things. You need to edit one single word on the document you sent, no problem! You want to print only 10 flyers, you got it! The owners had their smile ready at all times, making the notary process fun. Plenty of parking too!

Very friendly and helpful staff. I needed some copies, and got them here quickly and very affordably. Could ship my items many different ways, USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.
They also helped me scan documents into PDF’s at very low prices.

Today I went to my neighborhood AIM Mail Centers for the third time and once again, they went above and beyond providing me with friendly, helpful, and the kind of service that seems to be nearly unheard these days.
I highly recommend AIM Mail Centers to anyone who needs to mail a package, have copies made, or any wide range of services they provide.
Their prices are good too!
