My friend referred me to Dr. Kazynski. During my consultation Dr. K was very clear and concise in explaining his approach and why. He gave me very realistic expectations during my consult. The staff was friendly and professional. They were always so patient with all my questions. Dr. Kazynski was great and does really know what’s best for me. I am very pleased with my results and I would highly recommend him.

I had dragged my feet for more than FOUR years in getting any more filler in my face. I’d had several rounds of Juvey Ultra and botox placed under my eyes and in the N/​L folds by my mouth done by a previous surgeon. My last treatment done by that doctor was in 2010, just before I had facial lasering that left me with a staph infection and permanent pigment issues on my face.
However, the march of time continued forward, and I could see that by 58, my marionette lines and outside corners of my lips desperately needed some attention. I recalled that Dr. Kaczynski had done a superb job sculpting my torso (front and back) in 2009, so I gambled on his being just as good at injecting filler.
The challenge with filler is threefold: the injection has to be of the right consistency, it has to be placed artistically, and it has to be done in a safe manner. I’d read that in extremely rare instances, filler placed in the glabella region or in the N/​L folds *could* even lead to instant blindness in one eye! That is something I simply can not afford to have happen.
I finally returned to see Dr. K just a few days ago, and he placed Juvey Ultra in the areas that needed attention: N/​L folds leading from the mouth to the bottom of my nose, and the VERY deep cracks that extended in a frown on the outside corners of my mouth. Dr. K used ONE syringe — that’s all it took to render a transformation that erased about 10 – 15 years off my face.
As he injected, I held a mirror in my hands. Upon his cue, I’d hold the mirror up and check the result after each injection. That way, we were BOTH on the exact same page in terms of the placement. Less is truly better when it comes to artistic filler injections. A topical numbing cream slathered in the area just a half hour before was all I needed to block any discomfort. I only felt an occasional bee sting as the needle went in. NO pain or discomfort afterwards. Dr. K had me apply pressure on the area, then gave me an ice pack to prevent swelling, as I had a 4-​hour ride back home.
Yes, I bruised! I am a terrific bruiser/​sweller, so I’ve been putting Arnica gel on a few times a day. The bruises will hopefully fade in a week or so, and can easily be covered with camouflage makeup in the interim. While I may be a candidate for future lower facelift, I think I can coast on these injections for a few years. No kidding, the fullness has not only erased my N/​L folds completely, and filled in the horrid cracks by my lip corners, but it has even diminished the crepey skin texture on my face next to my mouth. I feel like I’ve bought a LOT of time for a very reasonable price by getting the Juvey Ultra injections by Dr. K.

I wrote the last update to soon, just a few days after the procedure. I went to Dr. K for Botox, filler and smartlipo. The Botox turned out horrible. He just jabbed me with the needle a few times and injected large amounts at each poke. I ended up with a droopy eyelid on my left eye and a dropped eyebrow on my right. It lasted four weeks. I did some research and the only cause for droopy eye is poor injection technique, period. Dr. K could care less. When I came in for an appt. to have it checked out, he left because I was 7 minutes late. I had just drove 45 minutes to get there. No phone call. just left. After he finally saw me and prescribed $ 150.00 eye drops, which did not work, he never called to see how things were progressing. As for the filler it was ok, not great but ok. The smartlipo on my neck, also came out just ok. After two months, I still don’t have the clear definition on the sides that I was told would be a piece of cake. Dr. K says the results will not be complete for 6 months. If I see improvement, I will update the rating to two stars. One more thing, I have heard there are places locally that offer smartlipo at almost ½ of what Dr. K charges. They only upside is the staff, They are really great and work hard to make up for the shortcomings of their boss.

I had breast augmentation done in October of 2011. After seeing two other doctors and doing research on my own, Dr. K. was referred to me by a freind of my mothers. From the very first visit Dr. K. answered all of my questions and concerns, made me feel very comfortable about the procedure, and took his time with me. My breast implants look great! I couldn’t be more happy with the results. I went with the Silicone implants. I would and do recommend Dr. K. to anyone who is looking to have breast augmentation. You will not be sorry.

very unprofesstional and NO HEART!!! my husband was returning from Iraq and i want to try Thermage with them as they’re the ones with the new machine at that time. i was staying with my parents in San Francisco with my 6 month old and this office knew that i was going to make a 2 hr drive to their office to get it done and to find a sitter for my baby. they even called my the day before to confirm my appt. what upset me so much is on the day of my appt, after i made the drive to their office, the nurse came out and said that she is sick so she can’t do Thermage on me. sick? why was she not at home resting then? why did she not call me to tell me not to make the drive then? she said she thought she’ll feel better after she goes into work, but that didn’t happen so that’s why she just allowed me to make the 2 hr drive. she just turned me away. i was crying because i was so upset, but she didn’t care. i was really looking forward to Thermage and i did drive 2 hrs there and will have to drive 2 hrs back all for nothing. she didn’t even offer me a discount if i want to come back next time to do it or even some gas money. btw, her face lift looks awful. she looks worst than Joan Rivers. her skin is so tight that it looks like it’ll rip if she did a strong facial expresstion. Dr. K new of this situation too and he didn’t care either. how would they like it if someone stood them up ike that? waste of time and gas money. btw, they made me cry that whole day especially on the long drive back. i was already going through alot with my husband being gone for so long. i was so excited to look great for his return and had planned this for weeks. it was a big let down.

I had a breast augmentation done by Dr. K about a year and a half ago and I LOVE LOVE LOVE the results. The surgery was easy, Dr. K and his staff were all extremely nice and helpful. My scars and very hard to see, they were obviously very thin and clean incisions. I would definitely refer all of my friends here and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. In fact, I’m looking forward to going back for his Vaser HiDef Lipo procedure!

I am a mom of 3, of which the last two were twins. After the pregnancy I had so much extra skin that I had to tuck it into my pants. So after 4 years, I decided to have a tummy tuck with lipo for the love handles. It was the Best decision I have made regarding my body.
The tummy tuck procedure was easy, painless, and the scarring has been good. Dr K also had to fix my ab muscles because they split apart during my pregnancy. He did an outstanding job on fixing that. Plus I got to keep my belly button. The Lipo on the love handles was a breeze… now I don’t have the muffin top anymore. Dr. K did a great job.
My husband has also been impressed with him and his skills as well as his approach. He is very good and his staff is wonderful.
I am now able to run, swim, and exercise so much better without all the «extra» skin and fat. I feel so much better about myself.
I was referred to him by another mom and it has been a good experience. I am 6 months post tummy tuck and my muscles are getting better each day.
I am honestly so thankful for the procedure. I did interview 2 other local doctors and I really liked him, his approach to plastic surgery and the office staff. Very easy to get in touch with and follow up.

I had breast augmentation done by Dr. K in mid March. It has been 5 weeks and I’m really happy with the results! He is truly an artist and knows what he’s doing! He asked the right questions and gave me a lot of information. I’ve had consultations with other surgeons even in the Bay area! I picked him not only because he made me feel comfortable during my consultation, but his prices are reasonable and I really love the fact that he has a plethora of information on his website! I learned so much about the procedure by reading what he has written on his webpages. Through my own research, I also found that he is very involved in media sites like
and answers the public’s questions about different surgical issues and procedures. He has been in this practice for so long and I wanted a doctor who is experienced in the field and he obviously is!
He is such a professional and just an amazing person! His staff is awesome as well! They are personable and down to earth! I really like the fact that one of the nurses suggested some ways I could save money on prescription pills. They understand that these procedures do get expensive so they suggest some ways to reduce your expenses, and I respect that!
They also had a special going on at the time I booked my surgery. I saved over $ 1,000!!! after all of spring break discounts they offered and also because I chose him over other surgeons.
I highly recommend Dr. K! YOu will not go wrong with him!

I recently attended a wine tasting event where Dr. Kaczynski gave a presentation about how to avoid a face lift. He is currently writing a book on the subject and his presentation was full of information I wish I had heard when I was fifteen! Besides warning everyone that the sun and smoking compete for number one in facial skin damage, and then soon after is environmental toxins, diet, and then a very specific lack of nutrients. He gave examples of dietary changes, nutritional supplements and which sun block ingredients you need to avoid due to their proclivity to cause more damage than protection. Depending on what stage one might be in in life, he ran down all the options for turning the clock back a bit starting with non-​invasive options, and then the «little tweaks» like Botox, etc.
All in all, it was extremely educational because I actually had no idea that omega 3 oils like fish oil were vital to keeping your skin healthy and I had no idea that sun block made your body unable to produce vitamin D from the sun… I just didn’t realize that we get most of our vitamin D from the sun in the first place.
So now I’ve tweaked my diet a little and added a few supplements and hopefully it will mean I will have a few more years of getting ID’d while sitting at the table with my 16 year old daughter :)
Dr. Kaczynski clearly has an amazing grasp of the topic of preventative medicine and from the before and after pictures during the presentation, it is also clear he is a very skilled surgeon. I loved that his topic was about how to avoid feeling like you want to have surgery as long as possible and then approaching the idea of surgery from a «less is more» perspective. From the pictures he showed of mini lifts, eye surgeries and facelifts, no one looked like Joan Rivers or any other star with obvious surgery… they just looked like they got younger in the second picture.
For now, I’m happy to know there are things I can do to stay looking young longer (without the need for surgery) :)

So after referring a bunch of people here, I finally caved and got a procedure from Dr.K. After noticing a couple of new lines appearing out of nowhere, I visited Dr. K for some Botox and I have been thrilled with the results. No one actually noticed that I had anything done but the lines were gone. I wasn’t frozen looking in the slightest. I finally filled my family in on my secret recently (about a month after I had it done) and everyone was shocked.
I am really disappointed to see M.C. negative review, as everyone I have sent to Dr. K has been more that happy with the results. However, since her only other medical review is a 1 star for another plastic surgeon, maybe realistic expectations are an issue.

I had liposelection (melting the fat) from Dr. K and he did a HORRIBLE job on my arms and inner thighs. He told me he would correct the problems for free, but I would have to pay for the operating room and anesthesia and… OH AND NOW I NEED A $ 4000 dollar THIGH LIFT !!!
A plastic surgeon worth anything should have caught that one on the initial consultation and suggested it.
He is old and his skill level has dwindled. He needs to hire a young doctor with updated education and sharpness to assist him. I would not send my dog here.
