History

Established in 1975.

Action Printng has been in business since the early 1970’s and it has been under current management for 7 years. We grew from 1 man running the whole office and running 1 press to 4 people running our recently upgraded press and our new press, which has die cutting, embossing and foiling capabilities.

Also, we upgraded our digital equipment in 2009 to be up to date with latest printing technology.

Was referred here by a friend, and I’m definitely happy I decided to make it in. I had them do a couple smaller jobs first, really liked the quality, and now I’ve switched over my entire business and all our needs over to Action printing. The work and prices are great, but more than anything I very much appreciate the high level of service. I’m constantly very busy so it’s awesome when I call and immediately am talking to someone who’s helpful. Thanks again guys keep it up.

Visited the shop to get several estimates, 2 guys, possibly the managers were horsing around in the small lobby. Note: I’ve never order any custom-​made signs, and had to pry to get an estimate from the receptionist/​front staff. I expected the staff to ask ALL the questions and not the other way around. For example, I wanted a decal on my bumper, but didn’t know the dimensions and the staff person just stared at me, I then asked «Um, do you have a measuring tape so we can take the measurements?» Moreover, I HAD TO ASK the staff to accompany me to get the measurements, AND I TOOK the measurements. What poor customer service. They lost my service and I have a pocket book itching to get burned.

If you are looking for a place to get business cards or flyers printed, THIS IS the place to go. I have just a small business, but I am trying to make a big impact with my printed promotional items and Action Print is allowing me to do that. Being the thrift spender that I am, of course I have looked elsewhere and online to try to beat the price and the quality. Mission failed! Sergey and his team always give me the best deal and treat me like they, too, are just a small business. But they aren’t! when you go pick up your order, you will see they have boxes and boxes of orders waiting to be picked up. It made me wonder how in the heck they had time to treat me like I was the only customer :) I love, love, love the quality, customer service and price point of this place. I no longer have to go scowering google for printing.

Just came back from this place, awesome service and fast.
i am a Senior in the Sacstate Graphic Design program and all prints must be perfect and Lucy did a great job, im happy i met this person because she is in the program also and understands what this programs wants.
Clean print outs of whole Brand Identity; Business Card, Resume, Cover Letter. & Envelope.
i hope to see Lucy again and more then likely will, the expertise and professional work they do, i give, two thumbs up (i’d give 3 but only have 2 =])

I was looking to get cover art printed for DVD cases and they did a great job. I left very happy. After looking around at many different places I have finally found a place that is willing to work with you in order to get the result you are looking for. A lot of people have been unwilling to help and dont really know the ins and outs of their printers and such but the staff here knows what they are doing. I plan on coming back and recommending anyone who needs prints to them.

One of the best things about Sergey and Action Printing is that he accomodates small business like mine. Especially in that I have been working on a long term project for my skin care business that needs constant upkeep. I also appreciate he and Lesya’s patience in working with the changes I need to make (seems like constant) as well as getting my project finished in a timely manner. I know in this industry constant changes can be irritating, though a part of the job. And I realize I can be high-​maintenance.
He and Lesya do a wonderful job, and I tell him all the time it is great to find someone with the same taste as me as I am picky, and this takes alot of design time out for me knowing I can always rely on them and not have to go back and add my two cents to the design work. I highly recommend him for professionalism as well as personality. They do a great job!

We have had several jobs done through Action Printing, including my sisters wedding invitations and our own, and have always had a great experience. Our prints are always excellent quality and their customer service is wonderful. Prices are very fair as well. They were especially helpful when we were unfamiliar with the printing process. Patient and very informative as we stumbled through our first job figuring out appropriate formatting. Definitely our print shop for as long as we’re in the area.
