Business Owner

Attorney Dan Olsen is an experienced trial attorney who works tirelessly on behalf of his clients. He is a former prosecutor who uses his experience knowing how a DA thinks in order to get the best and often unexpected outcomes for his clients.

As a former prosecutor for both San Francsico and Sacramento as well as an experienced defense attorney, Mr. Olsen has the unique know how for how to best represent a client from the beginning stages all the way through a jury trial.

I was calling around trying to get a real person to talk about a minor legal problem. I called several places getting voicemails and receptionists. I finally got ahold of a wonderful man at this firm that took the time to give me some very helpful advice. This advice was actually more helpful to me than it was to him. It did not help him in anyway to be honest about the fact he did not think I would win my case. He gave me a few things that I could do to help my situation and he did this all at no charge just to be helpful and kind. This is not usually what you expect coming from a lawyer. I will not use his services at this time but if I ever need law services he will the only person I call. His honesty and straight forwardness that I got earned my gratitude and respect. If you do need law services that they provide I would highly recommend using them.

Attorney Dan Olsen is the best resource I know for legal questions and solutions. Although he focuses on criminal matters like DUI’s, he also has a branch of his firm providing high level trusts and family wealth planning. The referrals I have sent said «it was a great experience» and «he solved my problem.»
