A & N Wireless, A MetroPCS Authorized Dealer

This is probably THE WORST metro store you could go to. The woman working there always has her children in the store, either behind the counter or in the very back of the shop. Sometimes there’s only 1 kid, and sometimes there’s 5 – 6. There’s a mattress and a TV in the very back (sometimes the door behind the counter is open and you can see the kids just sitting in there staring at the tv). She doesn’t really know how to do anything except activate/​deactivate a phone and pay your bill. I added a GSM unlocked iPhone 5 to my plan — bought a SIM card for $ 15 and paid her $ 10 to activate it. (Normal pricing). It worked while in the metro store, but when I got home all that works is calling. I have to be connected to wifi in order for Internet or any apps, even iPhone messages don’t work. So I went back today to see if she could figure out what’s wrong with it and she was talking to me as if SHE KNEW it was working. I tried explaining to her for some reason it only works at the metro store and I itch wifi. She still was trying to argue with me that it’s fine. Like why would I make up that my phone doesn’t work and come in several times for no reason? Maybe if you weren’t so focused on all the children running around you would be a little more willing to help? I mean is that even legal to have children with you while working at metro? Anyway… Horrible customer service!
