This review is for the service department at AAA RV, and by department I mean the 1 guy who does all the repairs for this business. Basically from what I can tell is that he specializes in repairing appliances on RV’s. I have had him fix my heater and refrigerator on my trailer and both times he did a great job. Very honest about what you need to fix and very knowledgeable about what he does. If you stick around when he works on your trailer, you will end up learning something new about your RV. He seems to enjoy explaining how things work to you. When you bring your trailer in, he never keeps it overnight, you basically drop it off in front of his shop and he finishes within a 1 or 2 hour time slot. If parts are needed, you take your trailer with you and return when a part comes in. The main shop carries and can order all sorts of RV parts, I have actually had another RV dealership send me to AAA because the dealer couldn’t get what I needed. AAA had the part and at a good price.
