Captain Molten ROCKS! My sister and I went up for the premium flight 600 ft above the water and it was absolutely breath taking. The view from up above is like none other and it’s like sitting in a sea of silence; tranquil and calming.

I’ve never before written a negative review but my experience with Old Orchard Beach Parasail & Jet Ski left me no other choice. The under 20-somethings that«greeted» us upon our arrival could not find our reservation and tried to rebook us for a later flight. Once I asked to speak with an adult who could help us, he was able to find our reservation and we were on our way. Our experience on the boat and with the boat crew was fantastic. We were so impressed that we bought the premium flight and photo package for two. The flight also turned out great but when we arrived back to pay the under 20-somethings things quickly turned sour again. The two young girls refused to honor the coupons on the website and were rude beyond belief. They proceeded to overcharge me and then refused to re-run the correct amount saying«it was too late and you have to pay it.» When they got argumentative and would not cancel the transaction and re-run it with the right amount, I had to ask for a manager again. As expected, the manager saw the error, honored the coupon and charged me the right amount. I don’t think it’s too much to ask to not have to deal with that kind of hassle — especially when there are other parasail companies in Maine. As a Mainer, myself, it troubles me to give such a poor review to an in-state business. I certainly hope that going forward they hire staff that are courteous, competent and considerate of customers who pay good money for what they hope would turn out to be an enjoyable experience.
