This store is great. It is a little high priced though. It is very clean and organized. It is not in a great part of town, but that’s okay. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The cashiers could be a little more alert and cheerful but I was a cashier once so I understand. Overall a good store.

Since this store is relatively close to where I live, I frequent it quite a bit. The store is always clean and their selections on various items are pretty good. I typically frequent their garden section. They have a return policy on certain plants for one year. I have never had issues retiring items but you must be able to prove you actually bought the item(receipt or credit card). The staff is fairly knowledgeable. If they don’t know they will ask someone else.

So close to my house, and they have all I need, at a reasonable price. I have been there quite a bit in the last month, and will be there tomorrow. They are always polite, and helpful. I scraped a bit of paint from my trim, and they matched it. Had handymen paint it, …perfect. Always willing to ask if I need help… just a good place. Love it.

I went to Lowes today, to buy some things at the Valencia store location. When trying to check checkout, I tried to get my veterans discount and was told I could not since I did not have a VA card. I showed the clerk my official dd214, along with my drivers license, and was told that was still not sufficient because I didn’t have a VA card. I tried to explain to her that I did not have any disabilities so therefore I did not have a VA card. I thank God that I and in one piece, and didnt suffer as others have, but I feel that this isn’t right of Lowes to discriminate like this.

Not to bad for a big box style warehouse/lumber supply store. The employees are usually pretty helpful and the selection isn’t to bad it’s what you expect from any huge warehouse styled business. The Walmart of home improvement.

Best place to buy paint! Went to Home Depot with a small chip I wanted matched, was told it wasn’t big enough to scan. Went to Lowe’s on Valencia and the wonderful lady in the paint department said, «I can try» what a concept. Not only did she try, it matched perfectly! Thanks so much. Only wish I would have remembered her name. It was 5÷17÷13 around 3pm. So whoever you are, you deserve the best customer service award!

It’s a Lowe’s(read: you know what it’s like already). I did use this store when I replaced all the blinds in my home. The order, while taken slowly, was taken thoroughly. Shipment of the blinds to my home went without a hitch and we got what we wanted. Probably cleaner than most Home Depots in the area and certainly has a better selection of bathroom vanities. Still, unless it’s something I have to go to a big-box for, I’ll head over to Ace any day of the week.
