The RITE Method (Resistance Interval Training Exercise) Barre Studio is based on the original exercises developed by Lotte Berk. It is a 60-minute non-impact group exercise class that combines orthopedic strength training exercise, yoga stretches and dance movements. The result is long lean muscles and dynamic flexibility.
