My family has owned a fine property and home in the Rutland area for many decades, we’ve been frequenting the Bowling lanes for a long time, myself and my siblings since we were just little ones. The last time I hit the lanes, last week, I parked my 2016BMW in the front lot for approximately 1 hour, after knocking down shots on the Alley’s billiards table I headed out at closing. When I arrived at my home, straight from the lanes, the rear windshield had a foot long gash across the glass! An expensive repair on my Beamer. Growing up Rutland was a family atmosphere where everyone knew each other and the streets were reasonably safe. What happened?

Nice place(modern score keeping equip, bowling balls, and updated lanes) very nice woman at the desk, and decent prices. Not a bad place to spend the afternoon if the weather is not cooperating. Highly recommend.

Ah, bowling, such a wholesome activity. Who doesn’t love it? The smell of the bowling shoes, the gritty feeling of the bowling ball innards. The facilities at the Rutland Bowlerama were superlative in every way. There were flashy animations on the screen after each shot. The restrooms were clean and respectable. Bowling shoe rental is $ 2, and each round is $ 3.50 per person. What a steal! I like that there is no deposit required for bowling shoes – this bowlerama has obviously not experienced the bowling shoe theft that was so devastating in my hometown. Vermonters clearly don’t steal stuff, and that makes them cool. Go bowling, and love it!
