Went here to get bridesmaids dresses for my wedding. HORRIBLE PLACE.
When we went for my bridesmaids to try on dresses, the older lady that worked there (the only one working) did not really help us at all. She was helping someone else downstairs, even though I had made an appointment, and just told us to go on upstairs and start trying on dresses and that she’d be up shortly. She didn’t come up at all. It was fine that she wasn’t there to help them try on the dresses, but it would have been nice to get our questions answered after.
When we were finished and had picked out the dress we wanted, we went down to ask her what was next. She said when is your wedding, oh you have plenty of time, just come within the next few months to put down a 60% deposit. So we were all like oh okay and left.
First of all, she didn’t tell us that they need to be ordered at least 4 months before the wedding and that there was a chinese new year that slowed shipping way down so it would take even longer.
Second of all, she didn’t measure any of my bridesmaids so they had to go back again just to get measured when we could’ve done that the first time.
Third. I called back about 6 months later to ask her about ordering the dresses (I did wait a little too long to call back but I didn’t know they would take so long to ship in). SHE HAD LOST ALL OF OUR INFORMATION. The dress style and color and all of the measurements of the bridesmaids and also said that the dresses wouldn’t be here in time for the wedding now. It was as if she had never talked to me before and didn’t know who I was even though I had gone there before I went with my bridesmaids and a few other times to see what they had in stock.
She, fortunately, said that we could do rush shipping (extra $ 40 per dress which I offered to pay since the dresses were already $ 240 and I didn’t want to add that to my bridesmaids bill) and that they would get here 1 week before the wedding but that she would be able to get them in somewhere for alterations since they didn’t do them there. The only reason I am giving this 2-​stars is because they were able to get the dresses in on time.
WHAT A NIGHTMARE.
I even went back there to look at veils after this happened and she still didn’t know who I was.
I do not recommend going here. Horrible service.
