Specialties

We roast in-​house coffees from all over the world on a weekly basis. This is what sets us apart from the standard coffee shop. Small batch fire roasting using a vintage coffee roaster gives us the ability to concentrate on each and every aspect of roasting the perfect cup of coffee.

You can then taste a variety of coffees using our espresso bar, cold brew coffee, pour over coffee, or the standard brewed coffee using our Fetco brewer and served in airpots. One last thing to not forget to try our «made to order» BluMonkey Belgium Waffles including a fantastic savory waffle. All made from scratch!

This is a great local coffee shop. It’s such a great place for small town NC. Nice offering of coffee drinks. They roast their own beans onsite and so it does not get any fresher in roasting. Service was great, really friendly and laid back. Good wifi as well to knock out some stuff online. Limited seating since it is a small place, but it gives a great vibe. Would highly recommend it.

Definitely best place for coffee within a 50 mile radius. Great, simple menu that they have perfected. They roast their own coffee right outside and it smells fantastic. They also make homemade belgian waffles now that are cheaply priced and absolutely delicious without any dressing up.

Fabulous gourmet coffee shop. They create the latte exactly how you want. Like it sweet… it’s sweet. Like it semi sweet or not sweet at all, they make the coffee to your specifications. My favorite is the Blue Monkey… strong coffee with a dash of infused sugar… perfect!

Absolutely the best place for coffee in the county! This quaint lil place roasts their own beans in small batches, and you can tell! They make a wide variety of coffee and espresso drinks, including their own cold brew! They have delicious baked goods, sourced locally, as well as other coffee-​inspired products. They have free wifi, a great outdoor deck/​covered seating area, and anything else you could want from a small town coffee shop. I go here every time I’m back in town. I recommend you check it out and become a regular!
