We inspect houses as if it were for our own family. We specialize in first time home buyers and our highly trained team is here to assist you in understanding all of the many issues surrounding the condition of the entire property.

Having conducted thousands of inspections, our team members are full time, highly trained and licensed home inspection professionals. Our criteria for «highly trained» are hands on training and experience in electric, plumbing, heating, air conditioning and general construction. In short, we require that they have had hands on experience with general contracting. Yearly training and study is also required for certification.

We are one of the oldest inspection companies in New Jersey. Computerized reports are sent out the same day as the inspection. We are the only home inspection company (that we know of) that performs abandoned oil tank property scans at steeply discounted prices with the home inspection. We also perform free termite inspections with a home inspection. We cover the north half of NJ. 201.460.0027

Established in 1995.

View-​Master Home Inspections has been established for over 20 years. In that time we have come across every conceivable type of issue. We constantly strive to be the best at what we do.

Having conducted over 8,500 inspections, I am «highly trained», experience in electric, plumbing, heating, air conditioning, construction (contractor 30 years) and exterior components.

I have special training to communicate simply and effectively using easy terminology; so that there are no misunderstandings regarding specific issues.

I am experienced in working with nervous and first time buyers. Without being able to understand the buyers needs and concerns the home inspection is considered to be failure. We do not accept failure. We will have full communication and explanations during the entire home inspection.

At the end of the home inspection if you feel that I was not what you expected and were dissatisfied, there will be no charge for the inspection. No other company will do this.

I worked in the real estate construction industry from 1974 to 1994. In 1995 I felt the need for a change and decided to put my experience to work in a related field. I thought what better than home inspections. I decided not to leave the construction field entirely for the next couple of years and incorporated home inspections into my work week. After performing both services for two years I was receiving so much praise for my ability to inspect a home properly that I quit the construction field entirely. My 22 years of construction paid off. I have now performed over 8,500 home inspections since my first home inspection 20 years ago. My ability to evaluate a home properly has sustained me through the real estate market crash when many inspection companies went out of business. I have once again expanded my field by becoming a real estate agent in 2011. The three occupations I have discussed has given me more experience than anyone I have come across.
