This is my hometown DD and I would go there more often expect for me it’s in a bad location. So it don’t matter that the service is OK and it’s clean.
When I get doughnuts it’s on my morning commute or early in the day and this DD is 2 bus stops away when I take the bus so I don’t pass them and will not walk it because I would end up missing my bus and getting to work late. It’s also on the opposite side of the street on the NY return side so who wants a doughnut at 7:30pm. So it’s only on a weekend I ever go here.
And now don’t hate I eat Doughnut Plant and Dough also but this is Jersey and you can’t find those west of Jersey City. So I may as well be living in Siberia. But DD is better than any local store so and some bakeries so in my mind I still getting the best doughnut locally.

I’ve been stopping here for the past 5 months every day before work. The morning crew knows my order by heart and has it ready before I even place my order. They are always very welcoming and friendly. My coffee is made exactly how I like it. I’m particular about my coffee and they haven’t let me down. I appreciate having a place that I can get a consistent cup of coffee for my morning commute. A bad cup of coffee annihilates my day lol. They are a solid, clean and friendly DD.

Right on the way for work, I was really happy when I saw this D&D opening up. Nice looking spot with a nice little lounge area, but otherwise a typical dunkin donuts.
If you are trying to do work here, keep in mind that it tends to get a bit packed (and sometimes loud) in the morning/​afternoon since it is right across the street from the Union School. Also, the WiFi (I mentioned in a tip previously here) is horrible. I actually had to turn the wifi off on my phone when trying to use my D&D Perks app because the connection was so slow.

This is the 2nd time I’ve tried this location, and 2nd time disappointed. Once a week on the way back from the gym I get munchkins for the kids and coffee for my wife.
This the 2nd time their coffee has tasted a bit off, and yet again their munchkin selection was weak. They didn’t have powdered, jelly, or pumpkin munchkins, which are my kids favorites. When I asked if they had any other flavors, I got a somewhat snippy response from the manager.
I’ve heard this manager doesn’t care much for customers, and I can see why.
With 2 other locations within 2 miles, no reason to keep coming back here. The Park Ave location is much more customer friendly and carries standard munchkin selection.

Visted this new location this past Sunday. The manager/​owner was at the register. The coffee orders came out right away. The food orders were a mess. Not properly staffed for this new location and the manager/​owner was giving the kids in the back a dirty look. After 35 minutes he took over the food orders and he still messed up. I finally asked for my money back and told him that he needs to re-​evaluate the staff needed on a weekend. Completely clueless! I do not see myself ever going back!

Well that was what I said a month ago. Still going to the other location in town. The coffee here tastes funny. The bagels were stale. The customer service leaves oh so much to be desired.

It’s very nice; lots of sitting space, clean, free wifi. Staff was friendly, even gave my daughter a munchkin just because. Great addition to the neighborhood!
