While our initial interaction appeared stellar with this company, upon having an issue with our, later learned, improperly installed flooring, the customer service was not as forthright/​diligent/​honest/​available as we needed. We had to pay someone else to fix a portion of our flooring AND purchase additional flooring materials because mysteriously there was none left over from the sizable job we had done. We’re going to find another company to do another sizable flooring job that we want done.
