Wow, what a bad experience! Service was terrible. The register worker had no personality, didn’t speak and had nails so long she had to use her knuckles to push the register button. Two chicken sandwiches(asked to be made fresh and they were) but the buns were rock hard. My daughter’s burger came with bacon and had one and a half tiny pieces of bacon hiding somewhere in the middle of the bun. The store was generally clean. The fries were warm. Only bright points. Will not stop here when traveling again.

This is literally the worst burger king, I mean worst fast food restaurant in America. I mean the workers are the laziest human beings on the face of this planet, you will wait at least 30 mins for a meal, and you will always get an attitude. I mean the attitude is always the best part of coming here. After a long day at work or school does it not feel good to be treated like garbage when ordering a hamburger and fries. Do not forget, the Coke machine is always missing flavors and actual coke itself. NEVERCOMETOTHEBURGERKINGINRUSTON!!!

This location is always slow, even if you’re the only one there. Food is occasionally cold. Usually avoid going here. Also in bad traffic location.

This is the slowest BK I have ever been to in my life. With noone in line, even in normal evening hours(3 – 9), you may wait in the drive through for 15 minutes. The workers will ask you to back up and move forward, simply to make it seem as though they are getting more cars out at the proper time. Also, God forbid you want a milkshake at any time past two, because it’s always magically«broken» or down. This is also the first 24 hr fast food place to ever tell me they were closed over the intercom. I’m not sure why it keeps hiring people that don’t want to work and do the simple job they are hired to do. And its worse that the receipt has no phone number to call so maybe it will change. There are at least 6 Subway’s in Ruston, but this is the only BK, and it would be nice if it were efficient. The food is just like every other BK, so no need to really comment.
