History

Established in 1987.

Jim Carfagno, Jr. began his private practice in Russellville, AR in 1987. The law firm has been in continuous operation since that time (with the exception of a sabbatical in 2002) at four different locations. Since 2006 we have been located at 2000 W. Main (just west of St. Mary’s Hospital and St. John’s Catholic Church).

Jim Carfagno, Jr. graduated magna cum laude from the University of Notre Dame with an engineering degree. He received his law degree from the University of Arkansas at Fayetteville. He is licensed to practice in Arkansas, California, and Georgia. He is a member of the Arkansas Trial Lawyers Association, the Arkansas Bar Association, and the National Organization of Social Security Claimants’ Representative. He is a graduate of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy’s program in arts and skills of trial advocacy.
