History

Established in 1991.

Albert Wilhelm founded Wilhelm Heating and Air Conditioning in 1991, after moving to Ruskin with his family. After receiving his HVAC license he started running service calls with one work van. He quickly created a reputation of honesty and integrity in his work. As his business grew his wife, Mary Ann Wilhelm, began to run the managerial side of the business. Wilhelm Heating and Air Conditioning continued to grow in size and reputation. It is now located at 802 4^th Ave in Ruskin, and is ran and operated by Mary Ann.

Business Owner

Mary Ann received her HVAC license after her husband passed in 2004. She now owns and operates Wilhelm Heating and Air, and is one of the only female contractors in the state of Florida. Mary Ann is active in the community, a part of the Ruskin Chamber of Commerce and the South Chapter of the American Business Women’s Association.
