Our program has 3 areas of focus:
1. Revolutionary MaxOut Strength Training Program utilizing our proprietary piece of strength training equipment, the Barwis Methods MaxOut Tower. Your workout is based on your own «One Rep Maximum» capability and each session is customized based on your fitness level, weight training background, injury history, etc.
2. MaxOut Athletic Based Training (ABT) which include Plyometrics, Speed/Agility, Balance/Functional Movement and Core/Lumbar exercises blended into a one hour training class.
3. MaxOut Leadership and Mentorship Program (L.A.M.P.): Comprehensive curriculum that focuses on mentoring and instilling leadership skills in our teen and young adult clients.

Established in 2010.
What started as a single strength studio model in 2010, catering to anyone ages 14 on up, has evolved into a national franchise brand — MaxOut Strength Studios: «Building Mind, Body and Soul of Teens & Young Adults».
