It’s been a long time since I have undertaken a decorating project. I turned to Houzz «find a pro», and randomly chose two decorators to interview in the Palm Beach Gardens area. My connection to Piper and Jen of Piper Gonzalez Design was immediate. They were enthusiastic, personable, and just «got me».This has been an extremely enjoyable undertaking due in large part to their knowledge, expertise and project management. Piper has a multitude of resources and exceptional sub-​contractors. I trusted them explicitly to oversee my entire project. When future projects are undertaken, I will look no further than Piper Gonzalez Design

Not true!!!
Piper cancelled and took the deposit because my wife asked for a second estimate from a another carpenter. It is not a contract dispute. It is a character issue with the way you do business. If the client does not buy from you and starts asking questions you terminate, take the money and call the lawyer. I have a copy of your email for all to read on what triggered your un-​ethical conduct.

I have worked with other designers and found them to have tunnel vision when it comes to making selections for other people. Piper walks in with an open mind, listens to what you are looking for, makes suggestions, tries to keep within budget and delivers a wonderful product.
I would recommend Piper Gonzales Designs, LLC to anyone looking for someone reliable with fresh ideas!

as a physician with a great reputation in the West Palm Beach County for the last 30 years I’ve had the pleasure of knowing Piper Gonzalez and intimately know how the business works and have had no problems referring my friends, patient, and relatives to her. In fact many of my referrals to her have commented that not only is she helpful but if they find furniture items cheaper or better than what she can offer them she gladly allows them to use those and has on many occasion told them to go online to sites like Wayfare and Amazon on line. in many cases she restages many of the articles and some of my clients have not even had to pay to purchase anything new since her artistic eye makes what they already have look like $ 1 million.
so imagine how shocked I was when one of my patients told me she read a terrible review on this website about Pipers work.
investigating further I looked up this gentleman Omar Abdo and was horrified to find that he is a dentist who left his child in the parking lot while he was in the strip club and not to mention some other unsavory things about him.
l would strongly advise you to ignore his comments as I can tell you for fact that his allegations are untrue and anybody who’s ever hired a decorator knows that decorators get discounts and commission on some of the things they sell. As a dentist he should’ve been smart enough to read his contract.
Piper has my unconditional recommendation, she’s one of the hardest working sweetest honest people in the decorating field and I have no reservations recommended her to anybody she works with and everyone’s budget and is a delight

We engaged the services of Piper Gonzalez Designs to assist in the renovation of our townhouse. Having worked with Piper for two years on many projects in the home, we would recommend her and her associate, Jennifer very highly.
Piper has the expertise to execute all aspects of the planned undertaking. Even when there were unexpected disappointments (wallpaper or fabric patterns discontinued after order was placed or an injured worker needed to be replaced) Piper always resolved problems quickly to finish work on time. Also, when cost exceeded amount agreed upon, Piper did not ask for us to absorb the difference.
Piper is a pleasure to work with. She listens closely to her clients’ needs, but stands firm if she thinks it is important. Also if the client has what she perceives to be and «urgent problem or question», Piper responds quickly.
