They charged my card twice for an oil change. No biggie mistakes happen right? But when I called to have this settled, I was on hold for over 10 mins. They couldn’t seem to find a record of my name or car (mind you, I was there the day before calling) Their next best solution was to have me come in again, on a weekend. Living 45 minutes away, I was not having it. Thank god my debit card company stopped the double charge.

I ran into the shop in a panic because I was riding on a flattening tire. The guys were courteous and very efficient! The service I experienced was far better then the shop down the road because they wouldn’t look at my Mercedes and sent me on my way with a flat tire and a child in the car! Here, the eased my anxiety and I was in and out in 10 min. When my car needs new tires I certainly will be coming to you! You’ve gained a customer.

I just had my daughter take her Oldsmobile SUV to them for a quote for brake work. They quoted me/​my daughtee $ 1,065 dollars. I immediately told my daughter to say «no, not at this time», then immediately had her drive the vehicle to Advanced Muffler & Brake Inc. in West Palm Beach, where they put it on the lift, checked it out and came up w/​a price of $ 450 dollars and completed within 2 hours. Advanced has an excellent reputation w/​great reviews so this was a no brain-​er! I would NEVER do business w/​Martino Tire in Royal Palm Beach, Fl.

These guys are good and they stand by their warranties! We had a bad puncture on one of our tires which we’d bought at Martino Tire. The tire was basically new, except for a large nail hole! We took it to Martino and not only did they patch the tire (and mount it for us), but they did it for free — as part of our warranty when we bought them! We will definitely go back to them while they provide such good service!
