Photos are attached. Very negative experience. Was charged $ 1,800 for work done a year ago on all new gutters. The down spout gutter placement was not thought out correctly from the get go. So now my flat tile white roof has 15 feet of black dirt on each side. I’ll need to hire a power washer company every few months to clean it. So I reached the same gutter company to correct their mistake. They showed where they could re route the down spurt so I wouldn’t have the issue again, however I said you should fix it for no charge due to the poor job the first time and I never heard back from them. If you do it wrong the first time you should fix the problem and keep the «referred» customer happy. I was referred to this company by the roof company who installed my $ 30,000 roof a few weeks prior.
