As a 20-​year entrepreneur, Connie has established, grown, and sold businesses that have impacted the community on a personal and organizational scale. Her doctoral studies influenced the body of literature regarding Executive Coaching as a Leadership Intervention in Bureaucratic Organizations. Connie is a sought after executive coach for senior military officers and Fortune 500 company executives. She is an adjunct professor in leadership studies, licensed mental health counselor in private practice and a parenting coordinator for the court system in her county. Connie is most known for her public speaking and training in the areas of relationships and leadership.
