–rude and horrible staff –clearly staff gets there rudeness and crappy attitude from the manager –food order never correct –usually get over charge

Can’t get it right. There is manager named Sean(yeah I’m calling him out) that number one can’t operate the registrar. After giving him my order which was 4 meals for my kids, wife, and myself we waited a little longer than I excepted since the place was dead. My son always gets a double bacon burger with bacon plain. Nothing but meat and bread. So they made that wrong. Then when I brought it up one of the female workers stated«Well that’s what you ordered!) with an attitude. Then threw the burger away and called to the guys in the back to make a new one. Shortly after I was given a new one. THENEWONEWASWRONG! So they trashed that one too. I don’t even get a chance to check the rest of the meals. Then I find that we were missing an apple juice for my daughters kids meal and missing an order of french fires. So while they had to make another burger, Sean the wonderful manager tried to charge me for the order of fries that should of been on my tray. So finally they made a plain double burger with bacon and we’re still shorted an order of fries. So I guess it’s ok to trash two burgers but since I was shorted fries, I have to pay extra for those. This place needs a hole new set of staff members. No customer service skills at all.

I have to give BK credit for updating and improving their menu. I use to come here often when I lived at my hometown. The place is in its original location, but the décor has been modernized and there is a quite a variety of healthier options to choose from. The chicken ceasar salad was good. Of course, I pushed the tomatoes to the side. I can’t say when I’ll be back, but it was a nice visit while it lasted.
