We are a family owned and operated business. We have A+ rating with the Better Business Bureau and are a member of the Water Quality Association. We are the Authorized Independent Kinetico Dealer for Palm Beach and Broward Counties. Kinetico water treatment products are the first and only non-​electric water treatment systems on the market. Our service technicians are factory trained. Our owners and sales consultants have over 100 years of combined knowledge in treating South Florida water.

You pay a lot of money to rent their outdated broken equipment. Then when you cancel your service, they disconnect and pick up the equipment, and never giving you a refund for the unused portion of service.

I have used Aqua Soft for 18 years and have been very pleased with them. I had to replace my system last month and I didn’t stop to think twice about calling Aqua Soft. They have always been professional when I have called and I use their monthly service and have never had an issue with Dana as I see someone complained about in the reviews. I would recommend Aqua Soft to all of my friends. I think the fact that they have been in business for I believe 40 years says a lot about a company.

I had a very terrible experience. Dana who is head of Scheduling was extremely rude, unaccommodating, very unhelpful and i am just appalled by the lack of professionalism she showed. They seem to be way to busy for any new customers as they were unable to reschedule us in a timely manner. I do not recommend this company you are better off finding someone else.

I used this company to put in a home filtration system. They did an excellent job, very timely, neat, and professional. My system works perfectly and I’ve never enjoyed my drinking water or my bath water more ince I had the system installed. I would highly recommend Aqua Soft. Certainly a very pleasant company to work with.

In 2007, I was told by this company I needed a new well. Thank God I asked a more reputable business to look at my water system. Almost 4 years later… I still didn’t need a new well. The office manager, Dana was snarky and you could do a lot better than Aqua Soft for water management. It turns out the serviceman put the wrong kind of filter on my unit. Shifty company preying on people who aren’t savvy about well and septic.
