I’m a regular. The pharmacist knows me by name now… it’s convenient. Fits in with the RO neighborhood feel. Great service and friendly workers. The pharmacist will go the extra mile for you if you have any concerns about your prescription.

Clean neat store. Little bit of a wait for prescriptions. Service is good also. This location has a craft beer section. Pretty good selection also.

This is a typical Walgreens — I go here because the CVS next door is sketchy as hell. The store is big and bright, and the people working there are usually friendly. I especially like the ladies that work at the make-up counter. They’ll always help you find a coupon if you didn’t bring one. The photo department is usually pretty barren, so finding an employee to help with your prints is a task… but once you track someone down they are willing to help you out. The cashiers are sometimes a little weird but hey, it’s a Walgreens. I like that they have a loyalty card and you can build up points and save money occassionally. Their prices are pretty much in line with other drug stores.

Much quicker service and a less dangerous parking lot than my normal store at Coolidge and Woodward. They also patiently kept sending me reminders about my photo order, and still had the pics when I FINALLY got in to pick them up, just over a month later. Service was very friendly.

This place is walking distance to my house so I usually send my RX scripts here. The store is fine and has everything I need. But the pharmacy peeps need a crash course in customer service. I hate the drug store points — I never seem to get anything from any of the place I have cards with(Walgreens, Rite Aid, or CVS), but I at least know with Walgreens you get 500 points per prescription. I have horrible allergies and with this dreaded pollen season — I have been on 3 rounds of anti-biotic and steroids.(not fun!) The first trip I forgot to give them my Walgreens points card and they wouldn’t go back at the SAME visit(actually right after I checked out) to add to my account. –1,000 points for me. The second time the woman helping the pharmacist assistant was so rude. The third time — I went through the drive through. I will be doing that from now on.
