6 years ago I started out at an apartment complex in Royal Oak, Mi. My original duties were to clean and maintain all hallway and high traffic areas along with garbage detail. About a month into the job there was a couple of vacancies and I assisted in the turnover process. six months later I became the property manager and responsible for the day-​to-​day operations and have been ever since. In 2013 I started doing subcontracting work for a large rental company in the metro area that deals with city inspections, section 8 and general repairs and upkeep of the properties.
