Paradise Pool & Spa

Very pleased with this company. We had been struggling with our green water and had spent a lot of money with our previous pool company trying to rectify the issue. Paradise was out the next day, treated our pool and did a thorough water test. They discovered the issue, phosphates, (which our previous company had not even checked) and did very well at following up daily with vacuuming and treatment. The service person who came out was very friendly and willing to answer our questions thoroughly and knowledgeably. There was a little miscommunication between the office and the service folks, but it was cleared up quickly. We will be looking at working with them for our opening/​closing next summer. Thank you!

We have used paradise Pool for several years. They do a really nice job. They will also answer questions honestly and don’t try to push you into anything. We use them for opening, closing, and also for repairs & replacements of equipment as needed.
We call them and they come when they say they will, they are very neat when opening the pool, bagging up any debris and folding up our cover for storage. We have used them when our pool had stubborn algae and they came out several times to make sure the pool was in good shape. Their prices are fair and we have found them to be very easy to work with. We can ask their opinion and know they are not just trying to sell us something. We trust them completely.
