Update: finally got ahold of somebody at corporate to put in a complaint back in the beginning of the year. I was told by the woman in customer service that she would get back to me. Never heard back from her and apparently they thought they would be sneaky and change their website without acknowledging my complaint. Too bad I had already took snapshots and posted them here. They took a beautiful cemetery that has been in Royal Oak for many years that had personable customer service with people who cared about the people who go there to visit their loved ones and have turned it into a sleazy run corporate company who has made it clear they do not care about the families who care about their loved ones final resting place.
