I take pride in always brainstorming new ways to innovate my service to provide the most comprehensive and effective marketing programs for all of my clients. I hold the National Association of Realtors accreditations as a «Certified Negotiation Expert» as well as an «e-​Pro,» or internet marketing expert. This demonstrates my ability to negotiate the best deal possible for my clients, as well as get their home in front of the audience necessary to sell at the highest price possible.

Buyers’ should know that I take the time to review the homes that they are interested in viewing, and will work with them to narrow down their search to find the home of their dreams.

History

Established in 2009.

I have been surrounded by the real estate industry nearly my entire life. At the age of 18, I earned my real estate license, becoming one of the youngest real estate agents in Michigan. In my first full year practicing real estate, I became a multi-​million dollar producer, providing my clients with some of the absolute best service in the industry. I am constantly innovating my service to provide new ways of marketing my clients’ homes to ensure that their home receives the audience necessary to sell at the highest price. I provide similar service to buyers, negotiating hard to get them the best possible deal on their new home.

Matt has been surrounded by the real estate industry nearly his entire life. At the age of 18, Matt earned his real estate license, becoming one of the youngest real estate agents in Michigan. Following his graduating from Kalamazoo College with a degree in Economics, Matt worked as a Financial Analyst and Project Manager for a local private equity firm, performing due diligence, and implementing merger strategies. Furthermore, Matt became an expert at financial projections and modeling for the parent company. In his first full year practicing real estate, Matt became a multi-​million dollar producer, providing his clients with some of the absolute best service in the industry. Matt prides himself on always brainstorming new ways to innovate his service to provide the most comprehensive and effective marketing program for each of his clients’ and their homes.
