Criminal Defense Law is all I do. I handle all cases including but not limited to DUI, Domestic Violence, Sex Crimes, Drug Offenses and many other. I service clients in the Detroit area, Wayne Oakland and Macomb Counties. Protect yourself and your rights People don’t need help conveniently between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. during the week. Most of my cases begin on the weekends or after hours and that is just fine.

The two most important things I offer are competence and availability.
I forward all calls to my blackberry so if you call, e-mail, or text me, I should be able to respond immediately. Problems don’t conveniently pop up only between 9 and 5. I make myself available to people as they need me.
I have successfully defended clients throughout the State of Michigan in virtyually every county in the state, as well as Federal Courts, and in states such as Florida, Oklahoma, California, Illinois, and Colorado.
I enjoy working on major crimes such as Murder/manslaughter and Criminal Sexual Conduct to more commonplace cases like drugs, controlled substances, assault, and fraud.
Lately, I have seen a lot of crimes involving both computers and Internet violations such as gambling, pornography, and other illegal transactions.
I defend misdemeanors as well.

Business Owner
I was born in 1963 in Boston, MA and I am a life-long Red Sox fan.
I attended Umass and graduated in 1985 with a degree in Hotel Administration.
I went to U Of D Law School at night while working full time. Beleive it or not, that was actually more demanding than practicing law is. I didn’t much care for law school but it was the only way I could get to where I am and this was my destiny.
I love what I do and plan to be continue to do it for many, many more years. Over the last five years or so, I find judges and prosecutors are more difficult to deal with. I embrace the challenge and find my ability to get favorable results has more value now as the stakes have gotten higher.
