horrible experience! not at all what i was expecting. i was having some problems with my computer that i had assumed to be somewhat simple. i try to use local companies when ever possible so i called harbor computer services. the phone rings and rings and no one ever answers, a voice mail always picks up to a cell phone, after repeated messages and no return calls, i decided to jump in the car with my computer to their location. the address shown turned out be in a residential neighborhood. the second address listed was a post office box up on woodward, it seemed very unprofessional but thats just me. i walked into the the ups store that the address was under to try to get some more info(just curious at this pointe) the worker stated that there are two women who pick up mail very rarely and that there is quite a bit of people looking for them. not sure what that meant but i left it at that and decided to go elsewhere .well what do you know if i finally got a call back, so tried to be polite and interview her any way. my take on this very short phone call was that she was unable to answer very simple questions and seemed very inexperienced. after asking to speak to someone more knowledgable she said that she was the one to speak to about it, well that was the finale and the end of my dealings with harbor computer services
