I guess slight name change(So delicious: sushi/wasabi)…anyways, sushi was okay .But the teriyaki beef with fried rice, and the calamari appetizer I would not order again. The steak was tough to eat, the fried rice just had soy sauce, and the calamari, their was on seven piece of large squid. If you craving for sushi this an okay place, anything else I would think twice… overall I gave it 2 stars.

I am going to be thorough because I want to see local companies succeed by learning from their mistakes. They have changed their name since but not the service. I pulled into the parking lot and started reading the electric banner that was done horribly. Including the following messages: best was abi. Yes it was spaced that badly and we do not serve Chenese food(Yes that is what the typo said). I was seated quickly because nobody was there. The server got me a drink quickly and gave me some time to look over the menu. I went through it and asked a couple of questions. I specifically asked if I could substitute the salad for something else and was given the answer that we do not substitute. I then said, «I am not much of a salad person» and eventually ordered the Steak Bento box. The Bento box came with a California spring roll that said it is with RICEPAPER, white rice, steak, a chopped up orange, tempura shrimp and vegetables, miso soup and a salad that was not on the menu but showed up even after my comment on how much I dislike salads. The miso soup and salad came out together and I immediately pushed the salad to the end of the table as a hint to get rid of it because I was not going to touch it. I am not a immature eater but I had a really bad experience with a restaurant salad and will never trust another restaurants salad again. I also requested that the spring roll with no avocado. The bento box showed up and it was assembled really good. The spring roll looked good but for some strange reason that rice paper turned into seaweed and they did remember to leave out the avocado. I started eating everything and the food was alright outside of the spring roll mess up. Then the service started getting annoying. First somebody thought it was a great idea to start vacuuming the whole lobby while I was eating. I would understand if a customer made a mess and it had to be cleaned up but I was the only person there. After that I noticed my server sitting at the bar watching TV for about 5 minutes. I understand some people need breaks but not in the lobby in front of customers. Eventually she brought me a to-go box and dropped off the check. She forgot to inform me that I needed to go to the register and check out there instead of sitting around wondering where she went. Outside of the major service flaws like incorrect menu, bad mannerism in front of customers, lack of substitutions, not making the customer happy, and so so service the food was good. If they work on their etiquette and fix those major flaws I think they have a chance at not making a third name for themselves and might be able to keep the current one.

Terrible. I’d have given zero stars but that just wasn’t an option. Ordered a BBQ pork appetizer and beef fried rice. Paying $ 5 for an appetizer, I expect $ 5 worth, not $ 2 worth and half a container of cabbage. I didn’t pay for cabbage and I most certainly didn’t pay to find half of an entire egg shell in my rice. Yum. My husband didn’t even finish his own meal.

Have to disagree with the previous poster. These guys are actually really good. They have the best sesame chicken I’ve had since before the Chinese Kitchen at Smith’s in Sunset changed hands to that overprocessed garbage they’re serving now. We also love the combo lo mein and the egg foo yung. One tiny little nitpick… they’re not very consistent… one day the food is dry and over cooked, and one day it’s PERFECTION, so there needs to be some consistency in the kitchen. Also, they have almost no selection for combo plates and the a la cartes are pretty expensive. The waitress I asked about this, however, said that they were working on revamping their combos, so hopefully this will change soon.
