Exclusive Custom Exhaust

Rick and his staff were great in taking care of my car! Rick took his time to get the job done correctly. When he noticed the piping wasn’t coming out the way he wanted, he tossed it to the side and started again!
He even mentioned «If I wouldn’t put it on my car, I’m not putting it on yours!»
A+ service! I’d definitely recommend giving him a visit!

I am a car nut. I know the difference between posers and the real deal. Make no mistake Rick and his team at Exclusive are the real deal. The customer service was absolutely outstanding. They made sure everything they put on my car was flawless right down to cleaning the exhaust tips so that they would shine when i left the shop. I went in there for a performance exhaust on my 2008 Audi A4 and they knocked it out of the park. Not only is the power increase noticeable, but the sound is incredible. Forget every other exhaust place in eastern mass, do yourself a favor and go down to Exclusive

Took my car here based on other Unilocal reviews and was very apprehensive at first taking my car to a custom exhaust shop located in Roxbury. My car is my baby and I’ve had pretty bad experiences with other exhaust shops in that area.
That being said, they made me feel at ease the second I rolled my car in and asked the right questions when it came to figuring out what I wanted with my exhaust set up. I had purchased a chassis unique remus exhaust system for my 2000 BMW ⁵⁴⁰⁄₆ and they took the time to understand the unique needs for this exhaust and proceeded to install it. After the install didn’t go as smoothly as possible, I was reassured that Exclusive would make it work and after some custom piping, the exhaust fit snugly and sounded great.
I have been to other exhaust shops that would have charged me a lot extra or would have just done half the work that they did (or not want business at all due*see my other review on Lou’s).
I will be recommending them to all my BMW enthusiasts for custom piping from here on out!
