Feldon Paul

Dr. Feldon is a hand surgeon who’s been practicing for 40+ years. I did a quite a number on one of my digits with a power tool last year and was referred to him. He’s really an energetic, confidence-​inspiring guy, and, for sure, not all physicians are that way. I had about six months of interaction with him in my case and everything he did seemed to be done confidently and with the top-​notch skill of long experience. I was assured, in the surgical setting, that he was among the favorites of the staff there. Regardless of whether that’s true, I found that he was always able to answer my questions to any degree of detail that I required (I’m pretty inquisitive). My only complaint would be that like so many physicians, especially specialists who live by routine, Dr. Feldon doesn’t necessary bombard you with information up-​front — doesn’t anticipate questions, so you really need to ask everything you want to know. Think about what’s going on, what’s next, what to expect, or you may not be told. Part of it is probably wise conservatism where injuries are concerned, with each being different and potentially unpredictable. But, as when dealing with any physician, ask, ask, ask questions. You’ll be satisfied with Dr. Feldon’s answers. Seems like a really great guy, and accessible on the phone, too.
