You know how everyone needs an auto mechanic that is honest and someone they can trust? Well, this is the place.
First, they work on all models of cars, not just «foreign».
Second, Mike, the basic go to guy, is amazing in his knowledge of all things auto related. On more than a few occasions I have called him to describe a condition regarding my car and before I can finish the story he tells me the exact problem.
Third, their mechanics (3 now) are ALL very friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to help.
Fourth, they fix your car correctly. Simple.
Fifth, remember the trust part above? Well, they have mine. Why? Because they are very HONEST about what you car needs and does not need. They won’t do work just so they can charge you, they won’t replace parts just because they can. They work very hard to get your car fixed in the best AND most inexpensive manner possible. And ALL work is estimated upfront so you don’t have any surprises.
Lastly, honesty… true story… had my car fixed… paid the bill… left happy. Two days later I get a call saying that they were reviewing bills and realized they billed me incorrectly for one of the parts and they owed me money. Excuse me, what? I had already paid my bill, I was happy with cost and repair. They went out of their way to chase me down so they could give me a refund. True story.
